this place sucks no other way to put it seen a bug crawl from out the ice crushing machine and they still made my drink my bagel twist i asked for toasted and got it luke warm if 0 was a option i would put it the staff is rude tried to call and express my concerns and the number was out of

Worst service ever!! Been going here for years ONLY because it’s conveniently on my way to work. Only 2 ladies working, they are so rude and slow. I order ahead on the App every time and still have to wait every time. What’s the point of ordering ahead 5-10 minutes for one coffee if I just have to wait and stand there staring at rude, unwelcoming women??

The workers get my order wrong consistently and cough and gag over the food when making it if this wasn't the closest Dunkin for my breakfast I wouldn't step foot in this place again also the workers when they get orders wrong or forget things when customers ask for such items they sometimes try to blame the customers for their mistakes they should fire all and re hire new people this is ridiculous

I was just thinking yesterday about how solid this place is after seeing surprisingly bad reviews of another place.Then this morning they messed up my drinks.But this is my first issue here, so far they always fulfilled my orders perfectly.The place is clean, the staff is always nice, and the bagels always feel fresh. (!!!)I hope in the future they get even the drinks right, I'd like to upgrade to five stars.

They need to shut this place down so many roaches!!! I’ll go to Starbucks for my Hot vanilla chai latte. Better service there and cleaner. I counted 4 roaches 2 babies which mean an egg was hatched.
This location acts like they scanned your app. But they don't. I never receive points after they scan my app or get my promotional prices like get a $1 donut if you get a drink...

Just an FYI: If you use the dunkin app and the employee fulfills the order incorrectly you can’t get a refund. I had to agree with both employees until finally one of them call the “manager” who still pushed back and tried to offer me other goods to compensate for their mistake. In the end, the supposedly reloaded my card with the amount. I’m waiting for the transaction to appear in the app to confirm the refund went through. If not, I’ll be making another trip to the store to fight for my refund.
