This branch is my first time ever having Dunkin coffee in the USA. I came to the USA last year and ever since i had a connection with this Dunkin' donuts branch. I don't know why i like this branch. Since i was living here in Edison alone that's why when i saw all the known faces of the employees I felt good. Looks like they are kind of my unspoken friend.Parking: It provides handicapped parking also.

This is one of the better Dunkins around this area. They have never messed up my order or made me wait more than 5 or so minutes (max) for an order, whether I ordered online or in person.There are a few tables here, and it's a nice place to have a cup of coffee on a nice day. It's also an efficient enough ppacethat I can pick up my order on my way to work. The staff is all so friendly, too.

Poor customer service. No reason there are 5+ people behind the counter and it takes nearly 15 minutes to order. Also no decency to let your customers know you see them and will be right with them.

Been to this outlet multiple times over various times of the day. The one thing that we have consistently faced is the lack of donuts. Always out. Finally end up buying munchkins or muffins or whatever is left over. The name says Dunkin donuts...not possible if there aren't any.
