No customer service here. Stinky & dirty inside. They keep the bathroom locked, with a "no public bathroom" sign on the wall. Really? Customers keep you in business, but you don't respect us enough, to give us the basic dignity of using the restroom or washing our hands? Not spending my money here anymore.

The only dunkin so far I just can't stand going to.But I go because it was on the way to work...Coffee is not good. Tastes alittle vinegar or something off.The dounuts and bagels were always stale. Hard. And old tasting....always... as long as I been going. Maybe once or twice out of many many times going were the bagels actually soft, warm. But bacon was not cooked. Or egg is still cold.Never had a good breakfast there...I wouldn't recommend anyone going to this one.

I was rushed to order my food & I was unable to have the employee scan my Dunkin rewards due to him asking that’s it - that’s it - as I watched the second employee make my sandwich carelessly my bag was basically tossed across the counter - I came here bc it was a Dunkin’ Donuts brand but the customer service sucks really bad - not a friendly environment - use your money at more better Dunkin

Ordered hashbrown, they simply toasted the pre warmed ones may be leftovers, who knows, with one bite i could not eat it, when I complained, they quietly accepted and toasted fresh hashbrowns.You got to be very careful while visiting this place, unless you want to eat garbage

This locations iced coffees always taste like water. The drive thru takes forever to make one coffee. I keep giving this location another chance because it’s on my way home from work but it’s a waste of money.

Who knows @food/taste. Waited for someone to take my order. Crew members actively seeing me stand there waiting. Passing out other people drinks infront of me and no sort of acknowledgement whatsoever. Spoke to management. Thanks for the experience??
