Getting anything from this Dunkin is a frustrating experience. I'm giving it two stars for the two things they have going for them: a big free parking lot and convenient location to access in a strip mall on Amboy Ave which is a main street in town. I stopped getting food here last year after a few times of being served disappointingly stale donuts. I still come for coffee but only because my order is a black coffee with nothing added so it's always correct. Today even that order was harrowing because both customers ahead of me were served something other than what they had ordered. It took me close to twenty minutes to get one black coffee because staff had to remake the orders for the two people ahead of me. Then the third person was served a coffee without the lid snapped down all the way so when he picked it up it spilled all over the counter. Lots of tension and swearing all around me and I have to say, the customer placing the order was being very clear about what she wanted in her coffee. I witnessed the staff was ignoring her requests and adding creamer and a lot of ice even as the customer was saying "no cream please, and only a little ice."

weekly. I buy my toast the bacon is always fresh at other dunkin donuts at this place I placed my order but they gave me this and they said it's toast but I went to complain it's not toast this is black you couldn't eat it because it was burnt it was

Great Dunkin! Service was quick, even during rush the employees were quick and still provided great customer service. I had the butter pecan donut for the first time and it was so good! It was really sweet but good! Location isn't upgraded like other Dunkin locations, but still a great location.Wheelchair accessibility: No automatic door

They are great. I usually stop in real quick at 8pm for a coffee and the owner knows my coffee each time. Once I didn’t go for 3 months and when I got back he knew my order still! ❤️ If they were closer to where I live I would be happier going to work haha The gentleman loves singing and sings really good too. I just love when store owners or maybe he is just a worker either way I love it when they are so happy. ❤️❤️?

If you want to meet your friends here don't expect to find proper seating. They had just 2 tables with 2 chairs each. Every time I come here the donut stock is inadequate and choices are few to none.
