For common sense, you should have wash all the fruits before you serve to the clients, I was there today and was trying to order a smoothie while I was waiting, I saw the employee taking out the strawberries directly from the container and just cut off the leaves then touch the banana with the same gloves from the bag then get back to the cashier with the same gloves. For the sanitary I wouldn’t try anything from there. Sorry but maybe different location.

Every time I come to Menlo I can’t leave without stopping at Jamba Juice! The manager is so nice and sweet and always remembers my order and always makes it perfect since I’m picky! The chunky strawberry bowl is delicious!!!!

Great customer service, got my smoothie very fast!
It is the holiday season. This Jamba Juice is very busy during this time of year and they only have 2 employees working there. I hate to see employers taking advantage of good workers like this. It is impossible to keep up with the demand all on their own and they are also likely underpaid. Need to hire more people or shut down this business.

I was there Thursday evening, waited for like 10-15 mins for one freaking smoothie, cz there was only one lady working there. you guys really need to hire more people
