One of the sever (Korean guy with Chinese accent ) is extremely rude! . I ordered a cold noodle( makgusu) but it was different from it used be .so I talked the guy and he said , didn’t you ask for the exchange last time too ? But last time , they made a mistake . I ordered makgusu but they gave me another cold noodle ( nangmun) . This rude server didn’t remember the fact well and he told me right away “ Do not order this noodle any more next time “. I was shocked by his rudeness . Although the horrible service , we left over 20% tips for lunch as we used to . We have been their customer for 10 years !I felt bad about his rudeness so called to the restaurant to talk to the owner before leaving a bad feedback because I want to hear their apology . That guy pick up the phone and Yelled at me saying why are you calling even I exchanged the foods , Do not come to our restaurant any more and hung up ! Extremely rude and speechless ! Of course I will never go back there due to this server !! Besides their quality of foods are getting worse. This restaurant won’t last long if they have this terrible service attitude.

It's expensive...and the food overall is salty.A casserole for three people costs $45...It's expensive.Compared to Korea, there are too few side dishes...Korean restaurants abroad are always bad.

The side dishes were the best that I have had at any Korean restaurant. The cod soup was tasty and refreshing. You got to love K-pop because you will be surrounded by it

Nice location with easy parking. Good food, decent service, good music playing in the background. Really enjoyed the spicy squid bibimbap. Impressed by the number of side dishes you’re given. Seems like a good spot for regulars. The folks working are efficient but not too chatty! Now for my standard comments. Interior is pretty clean and seating is good.

My favorite Korean bbq restaurant all the meat is very well seasoned and everything tastes like home cooking. I also love the small dishes that they bring out as appetizers. I understand that this restaurant is now under new management, and I wanted to give it another try.Based on my experience as a server at the restaurant, I preferred to avoid going there close to closing time. Since they are closing at 10 pm, I decided to go. And I arrived there at 8:10 pm.My initial impression was not particularly favorable. One of the male servers we encountered led me to the table without uttering a single word.( He was too busy chewing with his mouth full of food.) Well, we all need to eat, it was okayAt exactly 9:05, they started turning off all the TVs and lights in the other sections of the store. All the staff members began packing their belongings and assembled not too far from my table.I asked one of the workers when they're closing up and he said, "Whenever you leave"Terrible experience

This is not a restaurant to come and eat. If you're just passing by and get hungry, it's perfect for stopping by and having a meal.

The service was terrible! I have never felt he need to comment on the service at a restaurant until experiencing the poor service here. Although, the food was pretty good; As a customer you should never have to ask for more water, clear dishes away, ask for the check, or feel invisible.

I’d give it an overall 4 rating but 3 for the stone pot rice dishes. It’s kind of pricey (closer to $20 an entree), but it came with an adequate amount of veggies and side dishes. They definitely don’t skimp on that, and they even have a cute little robot to deliver them. I got the Haemul dolsot (seafood rice on hot stoneware plate). It came with a thin layer of rice on the bottom, but I think it comes with too much sauce because I was unable to get a nice crispy layer of rice (and trust me I didn’t touch the rice when it was sizzling). So that was disappointing because I love eating this. The kimchi was good in terms of sourness and spicyness (wasn’t weak at all). Menu is diverse and they are having a bunch of promotions. They’re in Korean so I don’t know what the promotional flyers say. One is about a breakfast special and if you follow and share their instagram, they offer you a 5% discount (apparently only if you are eating kbbq). They also give a 5% discount if you pay in cash.
