We visited for the first time . We saw a picture in the window and it caught our eye . It was a waffle with what looked like, fruit and ice cream, or possibly sherbet. What we received was a waffle rolled up in a cup. That’s it. Nothing else. When I asked they said oh you would need to order the deluxe. We paid $9.00 for a rolled up waffle. Awful!

Shaved ice was nice. The ice was the finely chipped vs flaked style. The portion was very large (good for sharing). It was quiet when we arrived but picked up quickly. The order took maybe 5-10 minutes to be ready.

I went for the first time yesterday with my friend. We got the hot almond soup with tofu pudding and the icy taro signature bowl. Both were incredible and the serving size was so generous! The space is so cute, too, with lots of windows and natural light. I like the electronic ordering kiosk, and the staff is nice, too!

This is my second time here. I am very disappointed that every time I order hot desserts, they always come out warm. I don’t understand that I want to eat hot desserts in winter, but they always come out slightly warm. Hope they improve in this area.

Tried Meet Fresh and opted for the hot grass jelly signature soup. It was a pleasant experience-- not overly sweet and perfect for a cold day. Ordering was efficient, and there was plenty of parking available. However, the tables weren't cleaned, so be prepared to do some self-cleaning before settling in.

I have been to this meet fresh many times. I always order the mango berry shave ice. However, every time is different! You guys need some quality control. Sometimes it's a hard ice cream on top. Sometimes it's soft serve. Sometimes it's with brown sugar syrup and sometimes very little condense milk. If you look at your own instagram photos, people expect lots of fruits, condensed milk and hard ice cream on top. Consistency is what makes McDonalds successful. I am not comparing your establishment to McDonald as you are better in your offering but consistency can make you a global success. You need to give your customers the same product every time especially $15 for dessert is not on the cheap side.
