Has to be the worst panera in NJ. Just shut it down and open a trader Joe's or something.

My experience was average. I ordered on to kiosk. My name was not up on the order board which was odd. I think they need to do a better job with getting people their drinks because no one ever called my name and my drink just sat there. I asked if the drink was mine after receiving my food and it was. Overall an okay experience, I would eat here again.

It took 20 minutes (not kidding) to pay for and receive my regular soup and a drink and there was only one person in front of me. I live nearby and the service has gone extremely downhill over the years. The staff is rude as well. I suggest going to the Panera on Woodbridge Ave instead of this one.

Ive been a Panera fan for a long time , enjoying their rewards and all, very simple .. healthy good food for a very reasonable price , I have not been there as often as before COVID but stopped in with a guest on Sunday 7/11/22 for a pit stop of affordable great food ..NOT .. I was caught off guard when charge almost $6.00 dollars for two medium sodas , I also ordered 2 small chicken/ soup sandwiches on small roll that came with two additional small pieces of bread , total price almost $40.00 (WTH ) YES ABSOLUTELY MIND BLOWING , still good food but for what you're getting WAY OVER PRICED, the drinks, a total rip off .

The food is always good, but I just found out they've ruined coffee here. They now only offer stevia (yuk), no more Splenda. !UPDATE! Spenda is back.

My visit to Panera Bread today was not spectacular. I walked in during lunchtime, and there was no line. I placed my order and paid. Problem number 1. My cup had a hole in it, and half of my Iced Tea leaked on to the floor. Problem number 2. The Hibiscus Iced Tea was terrible. Problem number 3. My order took more than thirty minutes to prepare on a not so busy day. My Frontega sandwich was tasty, and the Kettle chips were pretty good. The bill was $14.27, value $12.00. Good Luck!

Worst consistent service of any Panera in NJ. I have been to this drive through many times and I can honestly say they are easily the slowest as in you have to wait in your car in line sometimes like 15 minutes before getting your food. There’s always items missing in my order or they get the sizes wrong. Today I made the mistake of not checking my order as soon as they handed it to me and when I got home I noticed there was no chicken in one of the salads and the other was missing the dressing which is what ties this salad together. I tried to call to maybe have someone deliver the missing items considering I paid for them and of course nobody answers the phone and it’s so frustrating. Panera the chain is not bad but this specific location is garbage. Avoid frustration and go somewhere else.

If you want Panera go to any other location cause the people who work here couldn't care less about their job. I ordered the avocado sandwich and they just threw anything on there. The avocado was not cut and just thrown straight in the sandwich. It was just a huge chunk in the middle of my sandwich and it looked like they threw it around in a bag before they gave it to me. Simply do not go here please.

The app is terrible. I ordered soup and a quinoa bowl. Then there was a coupon for $2, so I clicked on it. I paid what the total amount was, with a tip. When I picked up the order, only the soup had been ordered. There was no quinoa bowl. I complained, and a very nice man came to talk to me. He agreed the app is terrible, and he had the kitchen prepare the quinoa bowl. When I opened it at home, it was missing many ingredients. I don't think I would go there again.

Ordered a coffee with almond milk, but got a coffee that was so dark look like it was night. When I picked it up I asked them if they put almond milk in and they said yes, so I asked if they could put more in. I barely noticed a difference in color Even after the second helping of almond milk and the taste was horrible! I don't think they put the five sweet and lows in they were asked to either. This is the Panera of the mall and I can't believe it was that bad.
