Talk about dropping the ball! For some reason on Super Bowl Sunday a decision was made not to accept online orders. So instead of the company having pre-paid orders and know when they need to get them in the oven, they only took walk-in orders. The staff was overwhelmed, and after waiting up to an hour for our orders, customers were frustrated and aggravated waiting outside on a rainy winter day. This should have been a no walk-in day and the staff and supplies would have been ready. D minus.

The place was clean, the staff was friendly and the food was really good! I very pleased with the atmosphere inside the restaurant. It was warm, clean and had a beautiful pretzel decoration for the new year! The staff was very kind and friendly, they smiled throughout the interaction and we felt welcomed.I got the pretzel dog and it was honestly awesome. I would come back just for that. The prices are also very reasonable. We got a pretzel, a cinnamon rivet shaker, pretzel rivet shaker, pretzel dog and a cheese sauce for 13 dollars and some change.Had a wonderful time, do recommend.

Went to pick up a pretzel order for my job. While waiting, I decided to try their cheesesteak pretzel bites and the sausage pretzel. The cheesesteak pretzel bites were horrible ?. That first bite was like taking a spoonful of salt. The cheesesteak itself was not a good flavor at all. The best thing about my purchase was the sausage pretzel. That was actually way better than I thought it would be. I was thinking it would be close to Auntie Anne's, not at all. It actually has Auntie Anne's beat. That would be my purchase recommendation overall.

I place an order and when I pick up the plater everything was cold when I complained about it it to the staff look at me like I had 2 heads and all she said I can make new one for you if I wanted to wait around I would of made the order then so why place an order in advance for it to be cold they informed me that my order would stay hot until for a few hours or at least warm but this wasn’t even close to being warm when I guess because it was paid in advance they don’t care

Pretzels are the best anywhere. Fresh as always and the prices are great too!

Not posted on site or voicemail but they will not sell pretzels to walk-ins and apparently stopped taking orders as well. Could've saved me a lot of time and gas money had they a manager with the courtesy to notify customers.

We stopped here to pick up some pretzel dogs -- hot dogs wrapped in pretzels -- on a Monday afternoon. Sadly, they were out of pretzel dogs and none were in the oven. Staff was pleasant. The shop is small, as is the parking lot.

Having spent my fair share of time in Philly I can say for certain the pretzels here are just as good as down there. I did have 2 times out of over dozen times that the pretzels were a little stale which is why I'm only giving 4 stars.

Love the brand. This is my first time at this particular location. Parking is ok if not too crowded. People are really friendly here. A lot of welcoming energy here. And they honored their coupon. Which gives you a little extra. The pretzels are always fresh and ready to be eaten. And they go very fast once people get a hold of them I frequent the pretzel place because they are a good treat after a week of eating without bread. Lol

I was very excited to come here, my first experience at this location. However I was quickly disappointed that they had no lemonade or frozen lemonade as listed on the company's online menu. I ordered cinnamon pretzel rivets and a regular pretzel. The regular pretzel was room temperature and had basically no salt. The pretzel rivets were also cold and all of the sugar had melted to the bottom of the shaker, clearly they had been sitting there for hours. I asked for them to please make me a new order and they said the "cinnamon station" was closed so they couldn't. I ended up asking for a refund and wasn't able to get the product I wanted. Extremely disappointed experience. The cashier seemed like this kind of disappointment from customers happens often. I've been to one other location and everything was hot and fresh. This doesn't keep up to standards. Corporate should check in on them. There were five other customers that came in on a Sunday afternoon while I was there so the product isn't old for lack of customers, just laziness I guess.
