If I could give 0 stars I would this place horrible slow and customer service horrible one of the ladys started be violent banging the tongs in to the tray saying I got u I got u ! Giving me dirty looks ! I even seen a order in bag that looked like mine and she threw it out just to make me wait longer very unprofessional workers I even think the girls don't like white people cuz they act differently around us and there kind they always treat differently they definitely need all new workers before the popeyes gets shut down !

Ashley, the general manager is such a kind and caring person. Whenever I come here the food is always hot and fresh. Ashley makes the experience here outstanding and I’m so happy to see her every time I visit the Menlo Mall location. This is by far my favorite Popeyes because of her.

The girl didn't give my full change back saying she don't have enough cash change. Now, I got to know why the popeyes was so vacant and rest fast food were packed in that food court.

Worst customer service!… Extremely unprofessional staff and quite frankly laugh and joke around most of the time will there are a supreme amount of people waiting in line for food… but wait there’s moreFirst thing I received the wrong order, second thing is when I actually got my chicken tenders … they were cold and soggy !!!The Dr. Pepper also tasted watered down …. Never coming back and I hope the owner sees this and checks his staff .

Worthless service. Asked for a straw couple of times but they didn’t bother to clearly tell that they don’t have it. Many people ordered much after me however it took 20 minutes to serve 2 burgers. No sense of hygiene. Food is being prepared when the cleaning was going on. None of the staffs were wearing any hand gloves. One staff was continuously scratching her head and with the same hand serving food. I am never going to order food from this place again.

Waiting here for my order and employees didn’t even start to do my order yet when app said ready. New orders are getting picked up and mine is still sitting on the counter waiting to be made. Employees looked overwhelmed and stressed. The manager Didn’t seem like she cared. Finally picked up order at 30min later. Not worth the frustration coming back for mobile orders especially larger orders.

The ghost pepper wings were excellent and flavorful, and so was the mashed potatoes. The gravy in the mashed potatoes had a cajun kick to it. It was great. The girls at the counter gave quick and kind service as I ordered the food. Perfect ambience for a food court fast food restaurant.
Ashley is the best so happy she is the new manager at the mall she get the customer in and out and atmosphere is so pleasant ?

Please understand, this review is no exaggeration.... I have Never been anywhere that had such horrible service. My son and I stopped in there on Friday evening, there were 2 other customers already waiting for their orders when we arrived. There were NINE people behind the counter...you read that correctly. Two of which, seemed to be dressed as managers. Again, besides us...there were only two other customers...and we ALL waited approximately 15 minutes for our food. These were not big orders. One customer was alone, and the other was with her older mom. Nine people....over 15 minutes and they screwed up the ladies order, we got ours before the poor solo guy got his damn nuggets. Let's not mention that even though they use tongs for the chicken....these folks wear NO gloves while handling the food. One girl was wiping her face and then touching everything. Absolutely disgusting.I would normally say "try it out for yourself, maybe it was an anomaly". I am not saying that....please don't go here at all....what an embarrassment to the franchise.

Most horrible place of business, the service sucks after waiting. On a Friday night u would think this place would have food ready for purchase, once I place my order it would have been nice to be informed that my order would take 20 mins because the ghost pepper wings Aren’t ready but no my money was taken while I watch other ppl get there food while half my order sat on the counter for 20 mins once my order was ready I asked for fresh chicken that hasn’t been sitting on the counter in a box, I was then told he couldn’t give me fresh chicken because it was in the box already. I’m outraged I can’t believe ppl like this have jobs working with the public this is unacceptable I will never support this company ever again
