This location is filthy. It was covered with trash everywhere. The shake was filled with 90 percent whip cream. They also give you a straw that is impossible to use. Disappointed.

The laziest Sonic employees work (are present, rather) here in this Sonic. All the stalls are useless, because they will MAKE you go to drive thru! to pick up your food! Terrible wait time because of it.

The women who took my order was fairly rude. I simply asked if their ice cream machine was working since yesterday (monday) they told me it was being cleaned.She acted like i was stupid, going “huh, what are you even talking about” like she didnt understand the simple question i just asked ?‍♀️1) why are you cleaning your machines during work hours? You close at 11pm? Clean it then.2) when i came the next day i was given hella attitude from her.3) its unacceptable that i need to repeat my order 5 times just for one person to understand it. I shouldnt need to speak to you like a 5 year old.4) all i wanted was a Blast With mm and cookie dough.5) it took them 10 minutes to complete a single drink which i think is pretty crazy for how much business they actually get.6) when i finished what i ordered at the bottom of my cup was just a literal MOUNTAIN of toppings. Unless thats their policy i dont think that my drink should havr had that much toppings piled up at the bottom.7) Aiden was my cashier at window. I like him he was the nicest person there. Very kind and understanding.I dont understand how they function that store if it takes them so long to do things and they neglect their customers to make the car’s order behind them. I wont be going there anymore.

Bathroom was locked. The food bays were off. Had to go through the drive through. Long wait time. They messed up the order twice. They really need more staff because this location gets packed.

Waited over 40 min in the drive-thru line.. when we get to the window we had to repeat our order to every single employee because nobody knew what they were doing. We waited 40 minutes just for ONE chocolate milkshake, and we told them chocolate multiple times and still ended up with vanilla. There were people honking behind us (understandable because 40 minutes is crazy!!) but we were still kind and polite and defended the employees. And then when it’s time to pay the guy says it’s “on the house” as long as I tip him aka he wanted to pocket the money. If this was my business and my employee was doing this, as the manager, I would not be happy. 40 minutes of my life for them to not even get the one item on my order correctly. Terrible, will never be coming back.

Ordered ice cream through the app, parked in a stall, entered stall number in app, & waited for order. Screen on stall said order will be right out, waited 10 minutes, pressed button on stall to ask where order is at, & employee said “No car hop service.” Gee, would’ve been great to know that before sitting in the stall for 20 minutes thinking our order was coming out.Get in drive through line, “Sorry, we don’t see your order”. We had the ice creams, “Our ice cream machine is broken”. Okay how do we get a refund? ?5 minutes later, ice creams come out all melted.Why didn’t they disable carhop service in the app? Why did someone make our ice cream & just let it sit there to melt knowing we were waiting for it in a stall? Why did they lie about the ice cream machine being broken?Horrible service. Sonic corporate, i hope you see this.
