Terrible customer service from their employees. Place the order and after waiting half an hour they say you didn't pay.You have to show the bank application so they can see your payment, and they treat you with indifference. They should train their employees.??
I have to say this was the most unprofessional encounter I have ever had. My encounter was with one of the managers "Mike", once I got to the register he starts off with such a poor attitude. It was my first time ordering a specific drink and I didn't know how I should order it, I was asking questions and instead of trying to answer my questions he starts to say "your not ordering this right", rolling his eyes, using an aggressive tone with me. I had a fantastic experience at store #70916-305805 today. Jackie and Kylie were both very professional and very nice, each a great representative of the company. Jackie helped me with a suggestion regarding my drink order which made for a much better experience for me.
