Sushi Saga is me and my friends go to spot for all you can eat sushi! This past year, we have gone about 10 or so times and each time we are never disappointed. The way the AYCE works is that you are given paper menus and you check off what you want and when you want more you just get more papers. The sushi is absolutely amazing. It is very fresh and that have such a variety of different types of sushi even on their AYCE menu. The service is quick! Even when it's pretty packed the servers are attentive and bring food our ad quickly as possible. 10/10 will keep this is my go to sushi spot with my friends!

Food is excellent! Waiters are very attentive to customers and very courteous! Order is quick. Their tempura shrimp is so good i ate like 20 of them :) Wait, dont frget the sushi, sashimi, rolls, they are very good and fresh. Place is clean amd nice size compared to others in the area. Hope this helps.

This spot was okay, there was a wait time which is understandable because it's an all you can eat spot. It's very small, so it's best if you go on time. I ordered veg soup but honestly it was nothing like veg soup ( I was very disappointed). This sushi was filling and that was it, It wasn't good quality sushi which is understandable again because it's all you can eat.

Love the selection of sushi's, appetizer's, and desserts! Service is a little slow but theres always a room for improvement, and i think it depends on the person

Food was decent. The service wasn't great. Half of our order didn't come out and the staff wasn't overly responsive. When dessert came out, the bowls were practically thrown at me. Not sure why they were so upset.I'm not sure I would recommend this place, but I know a lot of people always say it's great.

The food is amazing here. My family and I love how fresh the sashimi is and also how good the appetizers are! But the only downside are the workers. The waitresses on the other hand... very rude, they were giving our family an attitude for no reason.... AGGRESSIVELY snatched the paper out of my mom's hand. A customer next to us was kindly asking her a question saying, "Excuse me can I ask you a question" all she said was what? With a huge attitude. PS. The restaurant was not busy While the other waitress had her AirPods on and was just talking on the phone while she was serving us. We thought she was talking to us, so we very kindly said I'm sorry? And she looked at us and rolled her eyes and walked away. Since we had a party of 5, we ordered a lot of food, the food kept coming out. And my family and i noticed they were laughing at us..... (very noticeable since they kept looking our way) Other than that, the food is awesome

So I typically really enjoy coming here for AYCE and my last experience was truly the best I've had in a while (nothing forgotten, rolls not packed with rice, everything out in a reasonable time)... but my issue is with this attached picture. Two mondays in a row now I've driven to sushi saga because they have clearly written in all platforms that they are open mondays. I arrive last Monday and they have a sign on the door apologizing that they have no staff and will open the next day as scheduled. Well low and behold go back today April 19th the next Monday and the SAME SIGN is on the door but the funny part is underneath the sign is turned to open. If you're going to close every Monday then be considerate to your guests that travel a distance to come eat at your restaurant and then show up to see that you are closed... just change your hours permanently and say you're closed mondays and don't every week use the guise of having "no staff"

Well sad to see the reviews of bad Customer Service are true. I went in and asked if there's a waiting list and the person said they don't do waiting lists. Just come in. There was only one small table so we went shopping. Came back 30 minutes later and we're told there are three parties in front of us... and we'd have to put ourselves on a wait list! So we decide OK we'll wait another 30 minutes. At least 5 parties go in before us so we decide to check what's going on. According to the person he called and got a wrong number... I'll admit he did make sure we were next and came outside to call us in.Sadly our waitress wasn't very helpful. Her attitude was definitely one of someone who didn't want to be there. She didn't know what Root Beer was nor did she ever come over to ask if our table needed refills on water or our cans of soda. The guy who got us in was the one who took our plates so the table wasn't as crowded.Food was slightly better than your usual Sushi place so it's got that going for it, but I don't think enough for the bad Customer Service. I may go once more just because I could get a different waitress.

The food is constantly fresh and flavorful, cashiers hands out good service. I like how clean it is and character. Keep up the good work.

Simply awful. Its a struggle to even get in there. You’d think it must be great right? Nope! Your typical sushi buffet with the worst and most rude service I’ve ever had in my life. Tried making multiple reservation. Told every time that you can’t make a reservation. Get there and they ask me if I’m on a reservation list?! EVERY TIME! The sushi wasn’t even anything special when I did get to eat there.

Horrible service. Will not come back for that reason alone. The waitresses are rude and mean. Its a shame too because my family loves coming here but for that reason alone we are done giving our business here. If i could give zero stars i would.

0 out of 5. Won't come again. We got a piece of Plastic in our food.... waitress was told and they didn't do anything .... friend got sick, then Realized it was food poisoning. .. Employees gave Jack sh** a care about the food poisoning they caused....charged us Full price per head at the table, even though 2 people had to leave immediately before the situation became life threatening .... Plastic+food poisoning=taking business elsewhere

Let me start off with the terrible quality of food we received. My friend bit into a piece of sushi with a large piece of plastic in it. On top of that, my girlfriend got sick halfway into dinner. She eventually started to get an asthma attack to which I had to rush her to get an inhaler. On top of that, she eventually turned green and threw up. When the rest of my friends who were still at the restaurant were delegating the service and bill, the staff wanted to charge us full price despite giving my girlfriend food poisoning and leaving a piece of plastic in the food. Eventually they decided to knock off $50-60 off the bill and just charge the rest of the party full price. Would not recommend dining here again.

We got a piece of Plastic in our food. We told the waitress immediately once we found it, and they didn't do anything .... Someone in our party felt sick after eating some food, went outside for some air, came back in, then went outside to the car wheezing getting migraines. She rushed back home and threw up in the car. She got FOOD POISONING FROM SUSHI SAGA. employees didn't give much help, and still charged us Full price despite someone getting sick from their food and Plastic in our sushi.

I used to frequent this restaurant pre-pandemic quite often (About twice/month) with my family. During those times, the experiences were pleasurable, with minimal issues.I recently went back in February though, and had a very troubling and disappointing experience. My wife, who happens to be African, and I had went in for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. My wife had walked in a few paces ahead of me, and upon looking at her, the wait staff server who was at the hostess table took one quick look at her, dismissed her, and turned her attention towards me. I had asked "Do you always treat your guests this way?" The server looked at me with a confused look on her face as if she didn't understand, but I wasn't about to wait for an explanation. Her body language and demeanor was enough of a giveaway to show how she felt about my wife, who was already out the door at this point.I don't know what has happened to this wait staff, but it has taken a turn for the worst. Will not be coming back here again, or at least until their management has done anything about these racially biased servers. I'd give 0 stars if possible.
