I love this place. I bought the sweatshirt. The food never misses. I can't help myself and always walk away with a whole box of treats. I'll follow them anywhere - I already drive 45 minutes just for them as it is at least once a month.

Arrived at 7:03 (3 mins after closing) to a busy food court. Told that the machines were off and no drinks could be made. Clearly no clue about customer service and flexibility.

No Nope

Everything is aesthetically pleasing. From the trays/cups the desserts are served on to the logo on the drinks. I find that some of the desserts lack flavor or are very light. The mini cakes and mousse cakes were exceptionally good. The cream puff pastry could use a bit more flavor incorportated with its filling. The Egg tart filling needed something more but overall I did get a general taste on the dessert.

If you think Boba works only offers boba tea, you're mistaken. This hidden gem in the Linwood Exchange offers not only a number of different teas but I number of different desserts. Pictured is their Uber cookie (made from Ube, a purple type of potatoes that originates in the Philippines). This cookie is much different from your traditional cookie, as it's not as sweet. The white chocolate chips offer a sweetness. Also pictured is a chocolate macaron and butterfly tea. For you-non-caffeinated kids, they depict all the ingredients within their teas!

Came across this dessert place when yelping for bubble tea. This is a little spot inside a fusion food court. My kids love the egg tart and they wanted more. But personally I think it needed a little more egg flavor. The sweetness was light and perfect for my taste (but I do like things less sweet) the mochi brownie was okay. I am a big mochi lover so I personally don't think it's chewy enough. It have a little of the chewy texture and the chocolate tasted like a regular chocolate cake more than a brownie. Since brownie or usually more fudge and dark. I order a large oolong brown sugar bubble tea. Even after mixing the drink together. The oolong tasted very bland and wasn't going well with the brown sugar taste. The tapioca (boba/bubbles) on the other hand was very chewy and likeable tho! A large was almost $8 The thing that I love the most about this place was the matcha tiramisu. It was fluffy and soft and filled with matcha flavor. It wasn't too sweet but also wasn't bitter with the matcha. Very well balance dessert. Definitely recommend anyone who likes matcha to try this one !

The first time I ordered here I'm guessing something happened and I had to wait a pretty long time for drinks (almost 40 minutes) however the first sip made me realize I would of waited twice that much. Workers are always super nice and kind, and so far everything single thing I have tried there has been some of the best drinks I have ever had. and of course I can't forget to shout out their adorable and tasty treats

I wanted a Hong Kong style egg tart for lunar New Years without going to Chinatown in Philly. And I'm on the island - so I don't get off the island and to the mainland unless it's something special and this is about 5-10m from the longport bridge. I'm in Margate and it was only a 12m drive door to door BUT they use Ubereats to the island!!!! It's totally worth checking them out in person bc they are nestled inside The Exchange (which is a cute but small food hall) with about 6 other vendors. Things to Note: 1) Lots of fun boba tea options, except I don't like boba tea 2) legit egg tarts!!! 3) I'm a fan of their Taiwanese pineapple buns 4) green tea matcha cakes 5) macaroons and lots of other Asian style bakery items 5! They will also make you a speciality cake if you email, insta them, etc. The prices for the items are slightly higher than going to the City but saves you a 1 plus hour trip to satisfy my American Asian cravings. Also - this isn't a typical Chinese bakery, so don't assume you are going to have all the bun and sticky rice choices but a modern American Asian take. Please don't get rid of the egg tarts!!

It was all right. The people are really nice but the recipes don't seem consistent. The brown sugar tea with too sweet. Then I tried a green tea Boba and that wasn't sweet enough. Its fine. Just not the greatest.

I never leave reviews, but this place is great. They are local and the owner is there every day and is very friendly. Very clean. They constantly clean and wipe everything down. A lot of places say they are clean, but you don't really know. Most places hide kitchen. They are open and you see that they clean literally everything. I worked at restaurants and I am amazed at that. The drinks are on par with chains and some of their specialties are even better! You know that their boba is fresh because you have to wait for the next batch sometimes. You see them always cooking fresh! But the real topper are the desserts!!!! They are amazing!!!! Theres a lot of variety and I always come back to try out different ones!!!! Some of them are sweet and others are very subtle with a lot of other flavors. I really like the thai tea creampuffs. It is delish!I am addicted to their cheesedogs!!! It's dangerous. I gain fat. I have no picture because I ate it too fast. :O
