What you want $15.00 a hour or more but can't do youe job correctly. Expediting for at a fast food restaurant is. Ot a Hard job. Maybe if the manager was a manager and not hanging out with them like a friend. Sad excuse of a restaurant.

Loved BK for years. Love their Whopper Jr.HATE the new kiosk ordering! Older folks don't like to use kiosks and love customer service. You MUST ONLY USE KIOSK if paying my card. Employee only takes cash orders. Nope, not me!HATE when your order a SMALL beverage tgey say medium and charge you $3.69..I think. It's a scam as the 'small' is now called 'value sized' for $1.29 (estimated) yet its not offered!!!

Sat in the drive thru for 25 minutes. Only had 2 cars in front of me. Insane! Not a single apology for the wait and pretty much shoved my drink and bag of food at me.

They need to hire more people to take orders. The manager was on her cell phone instead of helping customers. If you are paying with a card of some sort, you have to use a worn out machine to place your order, and wait forever to actually get your food. Not at all what I would call, "FAST FOOD" and the fries suck.

Will constantly forget the bacon for bacon double cheeseburgers it has happened three times in a ro w I’ve ordered them and gotten no bacon. The first time the manager even had the nerve to get upset with me because her employees can’t read the screens and wanted to give an attitude about what was wrong with the sandwich. Then as I was walking out she’s yelling at her employees about telling them before to make sure they are reading their screens correctly. She was even on the phone writing down a complaint about messed up food. So it’s clearly an ongoing issue.

Was just here . Spent $30+ on food for my family . They wanted to charge me $0.30 each sauce . I wanted one more not 7 .Only came because Chik Fil A was packed .** Also, no ice at all.*** No napkins or ketchup packets out for the public.
Food not even cooked. They legit have Zero clue about customer service. I used to love this BK but it has gone way down hill. Proper training really goes a long way.
