I recently just picked up an order and received such disrespect with abuse of power. I pick up often from this location with doordash. And I always go thru the mobile drive thru pickup. I have never had a problem besides one girl, who refuses to give me her name, who makes me park and come in and pick it up off the counter. Nothing else is different. She doesn’t look at the phone to make sure I have the right order. She confirms nothing and she laughs as I have to come in for no reason. She still goes to get the order off the shelf and brings it to the counter. It’s incredibly disrespectful and she wouldn’t give me her name because she knew she was in the wrong. Her manager Genesis had no good explanation. Either have all your employees do the same thing or not. I’ve also tried to eat here a few times and the food just never looks fresh. The employees are never friendly when I came in to order twice. Just never posted about this before. Great location. It’s a wonder why it’s always slow.

Service was absolutely horrible. Wanted the veggie fajitas told me they were out at first and I had to wait then said they weren’t making any…. Server put a very small serving of chicken when I asked for more she said no. Then at the end they said my total was 14.92 and then switched it to 16.00 at the last second when I was ready to swipe my card. Never again will so buy from this store. Taking my business to the Mays Landing store

First, they made the wrong Burrito.Then, my Burrito was soggy and fell apart half way through. I tossed the tortilla and finished with a spoon.Meat was barely warm and pico was not fresh at all.Service was rude.Restaurant is dirty.They served my friend a salad and forgot the dressing.Then told him to get in line again and buy his salad dressing separate! (While his food was sitting on the table)How are they still in business?Its a shame because from the outside it looks like a nice place

Terrible customer service. Terrible portion sizes. Ordered a large side of queso and they filled it up halfway because they were "running low" and still charged me for a full size. Told me they had no chips left when I was looking at multiple bags of them so I had to online order for pickup AS I WAS IN STORE. Overall terrible. Very rude.

Chipotle, where the burritos are like edible treasure chests! I gave it a solid 4/5 because, let's face it, I want a burrito big enough to use as a pillow , and Chipotle is almost there. It's like a burrito rollercoaster( I lived in CALI sorry ! ) - a wild ride of flavors that occasionally leaves me wishing for a little more guac goodness. The Hibiscus- Lemonade Drink is sugar free supposedly and really amazingly deliciously - for what you're getting the ingredients at fresh and the price is reasonable ! This is one of the busier locations and it's still somehow cozy and WiFi is strong and the employees were working by their buts off ! But hey, Chipotle, you've got me coming back for that spicy rollercoaster every time!

I ate at a Chipotle a few years ago and it was Ok. I was in the area so I thought that I would give this location a try for lunch. Upon walking in I noticed how dirty it looked. The food prep area was a mess. The teenagers behind the line were more interested in chatting it up with each other than helping a customer. This place needs some serious help. I quickly walked out .... disappointed. I decided to take some time and drive down to Tacos El Tio. They never disappoint. Always consistent food and service.
