This place is run so cheaply, the ice cream machine has been broken for what a year now? I wouldn’t be surprised if there’s nothing wrong with it they just don’t want to pay for the ice cream.I went to get some more barbecue sauce at the help yourself section and the lady yelled. Oh no, no no I already give you sauce? What the hell kind of way is that to talk to your customers? I said, yeah OK and continue to pour some sauce in a cup, a shot glass size cup of sauce is not enough for a two plate meal with side dishes. Also, what’s the deal with the fries, they’re terrible, limp and undercooked.

The hard part about keeping a barbecue joint open is obviously the pricing, that is really the only area that this restaurant suffers, and maybe they could actually revamp some of their sides, as far as their meats go though, and their sauces, this is a place to go when you're in the m o o o o d!Parking: There isn't a super ton of parking right in front of the restaurant, and considering there are several other restaurants but it up against it, it can be tricky to find a parking spot right there, however if you're really in the mood and there is no parking, if you are physically capable you can just go up into the Walmart plaza and find some parking, then get yourself a little exercise and walk a few hundred feet.

A warmer welcome to Dickey’s with a smile would make a world of difference. Walk in the door and before you can even look at the menu, it’s a rude “can I help you?” It’s obvious just coming to the store annoyed the cashier because she had better things to do like texting on her phone at the counter. She didn’t mention anything we may want to try or recommend anything. Pretty much wanted us out of the store and quickly because she had a text thread to return to and we were causing her to miss out on gossip.Other than that the food was good, could have been a wee bit warmer. By the time I got back to my office it was lukewarm and I had to nuke it.I probably won’t be back if things don’t change, I’m sure I can learn to smoke my own brisket and save money.

My boyfriend and I visited Dickeys on Sunday around 4:30 pm. There were few other options for food in the area. This restaurant mimicks a southern BBQ dive bar. There is wood decor, they were playing country music and I could smell the wood fire stove. The cashier was kind, quick and helpful. I ordered a two meat meal (pulled pork, brisket, green beans, mac and cheese, texas toast) and my boyfriend ordered the brisket sandwich with mac and a drink. The food was delicious. I have four stars because of the price; my meal was around $18 and my boyfriend's was $13 and change. We didn't order a significant amount of food, and the portion sizes were lovely. I just think the prices are a bit steep, especially if more than two people are eating. A kids meal was $11-$13 and to order for a family, price range would look like $80 - $120. I think that's a little over the top. Overall, the quality of the food and the taste was great! I will return when I have more money to spend.

The food I received wasn't of the better quality I received on previous visits. The meat was tough, dried out, and much less than. I will say the facility always looks well kept, even the bathroom.

This place was very clean and tables were well organized, the employees are very great and very assisting, I had the two combo of brisket and chicken with a side of coleslaw and cabbage that tasted very nice and I was not disappointed at all.

Normally their wings are to die for, instead i got old wings seemed like they were from yesterday burnt with little to no meat on the bones. Due to the fact they’ve been fried time and time again. it was really upsetting getting home to see that the food i drove a total of 45 min for was burnt and just disgusting. My 4 year old son ate 2 of the wings before i noticed how bad they looked hopefully he doesn’t get sick. I had to then drive back again and demand a refund to be told only half of my money will be given back to me. I had to argue my way to get a complete refund. This is so unprofessional especially since i go there religiously at least once every other week. DO NOT GO IN THE MORNINGS !!! I will not be going back ever again. also make sure to check your foods quality before you leave. The prices went up as well from $12 to $14 and the foods quality isn’t up to tier. So disappointing, but i found an awesome spot named bubbakoos next door it was delicious. All this headache was worth their amazing food. They just opened a few months ago definitely recommend bubbakoos 5 ⭐️

“Mixed review Meats are very good but the rest..”MENU - the menu is what brought them to 3 stars because they had big changes and eliminated half the menu. They eliminated a ton of stuff like turkey, burnt ends, onion straws, waffle fries, corn bread. BBQ place with no corn bread? The menu became very fast food like.FOOD - the meats are still excellent. Pulled pork is excellent brisket is excellent. But that’s about it. The chicken is just ok and the sausage is nothing special. As for the sides not so good. Which is strange because that’s usually the easy part. Fries are terrible, mashed are not good.SERVICE - unfortunately you can clearly tell they are penny pinching and trying to maximize profit while quality suffers. No special requests, and no accommodations.

We'd never been to a Dickey's before and so had no idea how it worked, where you ordered, picked up etc. Instead of politely explaining it to us they treated us like we were idiots. Same when asking what the side options were: "look at the board," is what we were told. Then the food came and it sucked as bad as the employees' attitudes. Fat on a bun.

I loved all of the entrees that we had, with a big call out to the pulled pork and the sausage. Only complaint is that the ordering system could be a bit more streamlined.
