I called and ordered a large pepperoni pizza at the Domino's in egg harbor township and the pizza was never delivered. When I called, they hung up on me and the The manager never apologized for the situation. Just terrible customer service.

third time in a row this store got my order wrong. today I asked for 699 special,,I asked for wings, counter girl said special only was for boneless,,, website says differently, she didn't even know the store specials , but I got 2 orders of boneless anyway, asked for buffalo boneless, when the order was ready she asked me if I wanted 2 containers of wing sauce, I said sure, but it has sauce on it already right? she said yes. when I got home , of course they were both dry, ....from now on I'm sticking with a regular pizza shop, I don't care what it cost,, these chains are not worth it, they cant even hire people intelligent enough to get a small order correct, I'm not trusting them with my food

On the Super Bowl I bought some pizzas. This store is out of my delivery area so I drove to pick up my order. I got back home and the two pizzas I ordered were completely burnt and disgusting (didn't expect much, however as it is Dominoes). I called to let them know, and the young girl on the phone told me that next time I place an order, to give the register employee my phone number and I will be given two free pizzas. So, like an idiot I didn't get her name and she didn't even ask me for my phone number to confirm it. Today I called them to make sure I had my “free pizzas” under my phone number but no one picked up the phone after it ringing for 10 minutes. So I order online and I go in to pick up my order, to give the young kid the speech, and before I can even finish he says “we don’t do that here. Your total is $46.51”. Completely cutting me off mid sentence. So if you don’t “do that here”… why are your employees lying over the phone then??? In addition, the employees looked miserable like they were being slave-whipped in the back, and were just flat out rude.

This is my Dominos to go! I really enjoy coming here because the staff are always friendly. Always. Even when it’s super busy. My family enjoys the chicken pizza pepperoni pizza., the thin crust pizza, brownies, lava cakes, salads, wings, and cheese crust! The food is always on time, and the place is always clean! Thank you to everyone who works there.

IF I COULD HAVE GIVEN NO STARS AND COMMENT I WOULD. I CALLED AND ASK FOR A MANGER BECAUSE I WAS GOING TO ORDER BUT HAD A QUESTION. I I love dominos pizza however the team working isn't prepared or well equipped to handle the pace of the restaurant I tried ordering and was waiting for over 30minutes was connected to the autobot machine and when ever someone would pickup the call they hung up immediately so I ordered online 9 pizzas but was just not in the mood any longer after such a frustrating time so I called the store funny this time they answered so I cancelled still before they started making any of the food your welcome and thanks for literally nothing.

The pizza was cold AND burnt. The delivery charge is 4.99 then you tip, so that was 10.00 extra. I should have payed attention to the reviews. Others got burnt pizza as well. Never ordering from them again EVER!

ice cold pizza. under cooked. cheese was not even melted. 8 piece chicken was 6 pieces of micro sized mostly breaded chicken. temperature was not at serve safe approved. will be calling an inspector to report.
