I ordered chicken with cashew s .I asked for extra sauce . This horrible there is hardly any sauce. It's all clumped together , disgusting. I hadn't order from ther in a bout a year after receiving shrimp in my fried rice , i hate shrimp. Never again

My husband pick up dinner tonight and I wanted to try their Roast Pork Egg Foo Young. I would be embarrassed if I made it. It was flat, burned so bad that the edges and one side were black. The gravy was lumpy and gritty. The pork fried rice was rice with 5 peas, 8 small squares of carrots, teaspoon of chopped onions and around 6 miniature pieces of pork. This is the last time I'm ordering it from them. Over the years I've ordered other items that were good. To serve something that black in a take out order is just rude! I ended up throwing most of it away.

Green garden has the Best Cuisine of this type in EHT. They are super nice and have an immaculate dining area. Its not Chinese food but who doesnt think a Cheese Steak Eggroll isnt the wonder of inventions!!' Cmon! The food is always fresh and consistent. I know alot of people in town And hear alot of good things about the owner and how he takes pride in his restaurant, this has been evident during all my visits. Definitely a must visit!

Made our first trip to Green Garden as it had good reviews. We decided to try several dishes so we could get a good idea of the food they were serving.There is a dining room and you can eat there but there is no dining room service. You simply make your choices off the menu and wait while they cook it.We ordered the special rice noodle soup which looks delicious. It will be tomorrow's lunch. You receive a full quart of Chinese chicken broth accompanied by a fairly large container of noodles with goodies (veggies and chicken). Can't wait to try it. Next were the cheese wonton. They were delicious with or without the sauce! Very light and crispy. Full of cheese and no greasy taste. Steamed dumplings followed. They were stuffed with a tasty meat filling but were a bit doughy. Finally we had the special lo mein and beef with asparagus. The lo mein was a bit greasy but overall good flavor. The beef was very tender and delicious and the sauce was very good. My only criticism would be that half of the asparagus was not fresh and green. The lighter pieces tasted old and woody and I did taste a bit of grit. Overall, it was a good experience and will probably return.

Orange beef was shown without breading and with broccoli (right photo), when in fact it was loaded with soggy breading and a couple of scant traces of broccoli (left/actual photo). Very disappointed, particularly with new high prices.

Honestly this place was the tops the first year or so it was open, 5 stars hands down. Something changed big time. I thought at first they may have sold the place, so I went in to check and nope still the same owner. So what changed ? The owner stopped cooking and hired a cook or cooks. That’s when the taste and quality of the food went south and hard. It’s not even close to it former glory.My favorite dish was the salt and pepper calamari. Absolutely loved this dish. The last two times I ordered it, it had so much pepper it was black. I’m sorry to say this place is no longer tops in the eht area. I wont order from that place now. Until the owner gets back behind the burners, this place is a no go for me. One star at best.

string beans aren’t the best, they’re a bit soggy and i unfortunately didn’t get to try there fried donuts because they refunded me for them, The spring rolls were good though!

We ordered 5 combo meals tonight. I know tonight was very busy. The general chicken was always our favorite. We ordered 2 of these Combo meals. It was the worst chicken. Very dry and hard. We tried the chicken and we had to throw it away. My daughter had the same experience a couple of days weeks ago. It was too hard to eat. We have been faithful customers and always recommend you since the food used to be good. Not sure if the cook is new. I even got shrimp fried rose with my combination and there were 4 shrimps in the rice. Was definitely a waste of money for our food.
They took my order for delivery then after waiting over an hour I called and they said they forgot to make the order. Are you serious?!

My daughter & I decided to try a take out order from Green Garden. I got one of my favorite dishes, shrimp lo mein & shrimp fried rice. I decided to try the scallion pancakes too. Everything was delicious. This is now my favorite Chinese restaurant. My daughter tried chicken with asparagus & another dish for the next day. Everything was excellent. Will definitely go back.
