Don’t know who needs to hear this but this Philly pretzel factory has a pretzel wrapped pickle and let me tell you it was ???. The pickle had amazing flavor not to mention it was super crunchy and juicy, pair it with a warm pretzel *chef kiss*. Plus it was still warm by the time it was delivered, same with my other orders.1,000/10

Affordable and genuinely the best pretzels we had ever had! When the cashier told me my totally I clarified because I didn’t think I heard her correctly. $1.50 a pretzel (a GOOD pretzel) is spectacular. And it was later in the afternoon and the pretzels were fresh and not stale! I thought Auntie Anne’s was as good as it got, but I was so wrong.

Got a large rivet tray this past weekend and it was less than half the size it normally is. I asked why and they said it was because they ran out of packaging. My daughter's birthday party was in an hour and I didn't have time to argue, but I'll never go back. I've been ordering trays from that location for years despite the major decline in customer service there but I'm officially done. There are way better options in the area.

Terrible customer service. Pushy owner calls me day after making large order and makes baseless accusations of outstanding monies owed. All my orders are pre-paid. Use other Philly Pretzel Stores.

Terrible customer service; Horrible people. We have a pool to see if they will be in business in one year. Owner does not know what he is doing. Go to other Philly Pretzel stores.

I’m really writing this to get it off my chest so I can let go of it. I had the worst experience here today. The older man at the front was so rude to me. I was inquiring about quantities and prices, as customers I’m sure typically do, and he was so short with me. He was huffing and puffing, rolling his eyes at me, and making smart remarks. I just got off work from a really difficult day as a teacher and was there to purchase pretzels for my students for the next day. The last thing I needed was to feel berated and mocked in a pretzel shop. Always choose be kind to people, you never know what they are going through. If you’re going to work in customer service try to at least provide the bare minimum of being courteous and helpful.

Ordered pretzel dogs and a pepsi. Pepsi was missing. Horrible! Small, not like photo, greasy, old, smelled bad! Threw it out after one bite!!! Do not order from this place.

0 stars wouldn’t recommend ever. I ordered through doordash and I couldn’t believe my eyes. For one not one thing that was sent to me was correct I guess they formulated their own order for me. Ordered a spicy pretzel dog was sent a regular pretzel dog ok not too bad until I bit into and the dough is RAW. Its 9 o’clock in the morning how is the food not fresh. I was sent some type of pretzel sandwich with pepperoni in between didn’t order that and not to mention it was disgusting. Eat at your own risk.
