I’ve been going to Bella Palermo for many years to get cakes. Today when I went to pick up a cake. We cut it and it was not what we expected. When I called and spoke to one of the workers she said to take a picture and text it to them. She called me back a couple of minutes later and she stated she needs me take the cake tomorrow so they can figure out what happen. The cake was already in the garbage. Representative stated to take a picture from the garbage and send it again. I then told her this is ridiculous that I have to do all of this. She proceeded to say that if they believe every customer that says something is wrong with cake. I told her she just lost a loyal customer. As a business if you have this issues going on. Why not make up a system that will track all your loyal or in my case ex loyal customer. Phone numbers in system, emails. Etc.UPDATEI RECEIVED A CALL THIS MORNING FROM EMPLOYEE GASTON. HE WAS VERY APOLOGETIC FOR THE TREATMENT I RECEIVED FROM HIS COWORKER LAST NIGHT. HE PROVIDED A REFUND AND THANK ME FOR MY BUSINESS. THANK YOU GASTON FOR MAKING IT RIGHT.

The men who are pretending to be shop assistants have to learn where the sweets are packaged. For two sweets, tea is put in a very large Kake box, the sweets cannot be seen, what a shame.

So this is one of my local bakery and I often go here for all my bakery needs, weather it's custom cakes or just to get my sweet treat. Last two visits was very disappointing. One was custom cake which took the 30 mins to get the writing correct even though it was placed a week prior and the lady in the bakery did the order. Still had to rewrite over 5 times. Last week same lady again I waited over 30 mins for a cake that was specially stated no tres Leche or chocolate. After paying and customization just before walking out she goes please keep in refrigerator I'm like why, she said because it's tres Leches I'm like u serious I said no tres Leches she just walked away. I left with a cake that my entire family did not eat and it went to the trash, I ended up going dunkin donuts to get my son a cake fir his birthday. I would give here a break for a while if I do go refuse the lady with curly hair because she has listening issues.
