So we just ordered a pizza and buffalo wings with a few sides of ranch. We did not receive any ranch and we were told it would take an hour for it to be delivered. The wings... they were plain wings. When we asked about it we were told that the hot sauce packets that were in the bag are the sauce for our wings..

Went to order through the Slice app at 10pm. After my order was placed I received a notification saying my order was canceled because they were closed for the day. Went to check their hours and said open until 1am. Called and no response. Don't have the option to order if you're not open. Other pizzerias on the app say closed, why doesn't yours if you are?

I wish there was an option to give a negative amount of stars ! The driver was extremely rude he was about to leave after literally one minute of BANGING on my door. After me having to flag him down he came out of his car YELLING at me. That was unacceptable, I returned the tone of voice and he walked away with my food. I was already charged for the food and I did not even get to eat it. Due to this incompetence and disgusting attitude of this driver I will never order from this restaurant and will make sure to spread the word to as many people as I can

This was my horrible first and LAST experience:
The driver was extremely rude he was about to leave after literally one minute of BANGING on my door. After me having to flag him down he came out of his car YELLING at me. That was unacceptable, I returned the tone of voice and he walked away with my food. I was already charged for the food and I did not even get to eat it. Due to this incompetence and disgusting attitude of this driver I will never order from this restaurant and will make sure to spread the word to as many people as I can.

Never ! I'm never order here ! The food is extremely disgusting and they are rude. They overcharged me. Pizza taste like a microwaveable tostinos pizza and wings taste like they just took out freezer and put it in the microwave. The cheese French fries omg they taste like fries that been reheated a thousands time. Never ever again. Please don't make the same mistake I did.

Ordered a $5 pizza and a $7 popcorn chicken combo and asked dude if he takes credit cards... He said yes & when it was time to pay he had the nerve to ask me if I wanted a receipt... He was shocked that I said yes, so he gave it to me. To my surprise, he had over charged me & I told why did you charge me $14 when it's supposed to be $12??? He started stuttering & said because the soda is $1.25, mind you that my popcorn shrimp combo included fries & soda... He got caught & didn't know what else to say... He ended up giving me a dollar back so technically I still got GOT for an extra dollar... Be careful with the slick guy that works there pretending not to speak good English... Oh, and another thing, when I got home, the pizza pie I had ordered wasn't even cut into slices, it was literally a whole pie...smfh
I was staying at a hotel near the airport and nothing was open late; the hotel restaurant had closed the the room service was a rip-off. Big Czars is not high-end cuisine but it'll hit the spot for a great price. The fried chicken is good and is a great deal. I'd like to have tried more of the pizza varieties.

Went for two quesadillas and walk out with nothing ! Because I demanded the owner to use gloves when making food ! I said to him next time use gloves and he reacted with an actitude ! And told me no to take the quesadillas! I wanted them but his actitude was awefull. Oh! and he also said he has been making food without gloves for more than 20 years ! Disgusting!
