The workers are treated very poorly, they are stupid, they provide bad service, they serve you poorly, they disrespect you, if you don't want to work, go home and sleep because of people as bitter as you, this world is the way it is, that's why you have to be It's bad if you don't know how to work with the public, look for another job.

This is the Dunkin's location I believe with the highest prices possibly in the state of NJ, after renovating the location approximately a month ago they raised the prices even more. The service is average, today they can serve you quickly at the window, and it can also take more than 30 minutes because the worker who took the order for the car in front of yours made a mistake and had to fix the order, it has already happened to me this on two occasions, a third time I am sure it will not happen.

Definitely nor the same as before. Different employees way more lazy. I use to do the extra drive to go here rather than Elizabeth Ave. But good gracious lord, I'd stay with Elizabeth Ave. Myself and another customer waited over 20 minutes to get our order. Ridiculous we were the only 2 ppl in the store. Drive thru was 3 cars over 15 mins waiting so hence my in store order I waited over 45 mins total to get a coffee, donuts and bagel. Definitely never ever returning to this location. I'll choose elsewhere. Ridiculous isn't the word.

They took my order in and give me exactly what I requested in a timelymanner. I ended up buying extra stuffs because of this amazing experience.Kid-friendliness: More seating room for families.

I ❤️ Dunkin Donuts. They need to bake the donuts on each individual store site to make sure they never run out of your favorite donut, and it remain at its freshest.
Horrible customer service. I waited at the window for my order for 15 mins and still didn’t get my purchase. I understand a machine was down. The young lady who seemed to be in charged completely ignored me. I watched other cars behind me drive off. By far the worst experience I’ve had a DD. It was never communicated that they wouldn’t fulfill my order. I’m completely dissatisfied with the service.

I ordered a frozen matcha latte with oat milk and NO sugar and when I started to drink it like omg it was soooo sweet and it's def not the oat milk nor the matcha because I've gone to other dunkin and it always taste simple like how I like it and when I go and complain the girl was like there is no sugar & that's the oat milk n I told her it's not you definitely put sugar n she started to give me a attitude, I'm never coming back to this dunkin and they couldn't just change it for a new 1 , and it's not like it's my 1st time ordering this drink. Never coming back to this place.

My favorite Dunkin Donuts everyone is so nice and friendly very clean place. My favorite employee is Ed he always has my coffee ready and he helps me with my app to get my free coffee. He is always so helpful and kind he is very special. Thank you Dunkin for having such amazing employees it makes my day much easier to see nice kind people early in the morning
