My cousin was assaulted at this dunkin. No body helped her all of the workers just stared while she was getting assaulted for 10 straight minutes. They chased her to her car once she got away and acted like they were innocent once the cops came. She had lost vision in her right eye. We will see you at court you better start saving up.

My cousin went to this dunkin donuts today, and two of the workers, female, beat her up so badly over her asking for more caramel. She insisted she would pay for it. They beat her up to the point where she had to go to the ER in an ambulance. And mind you the manager did not do anything. Her face is swollen beyond recognition. We contacted the police, and we will make sure these workers get punished. We will also call Dunkin Corporate and complain. Dunkin Donuts what kind of people are you hiring???????? We will also take this matter into court, so please be prepared for a lawsuit.

The girl in this location assaulted my family member over adding more caramel into the drink. She came in got the drink and came back to request for more caramel into the drink she said I will pay extra or give it to me on the side. The lady that worked over there said “No! Get it from your mom” and my family member got angry and started arguing back. She got up from the counter and start violently hitting her and bashing her to the point of her not even being able to speak. There was another worker there and he was barely able to help her. This place deserves to be shut down. She deserves to be fired but when we called the cops not one did the manager or owner apologize for her behavior. They started laughing and saying horrible things back to. The girls mother started recording videos of me and when I started taking videos back they started to come back at me. The cops were also no help saying if a person is unconscious that is the only way the person could be arrested. Please report this place and make sure to never go here again.

It was much better years ago but recently the service is stupid slow. There was no line and it still took a while to make my refresher.
The worst time of my life. Was asking others in my car to order. Not even one car behind me. When i went to pay some spanish lady said I hold up the lines every morning that I dont say good morning, mind you I havent been there over a month. She dont like me because about 3 months ago I told her to stop smoking pot before taking care of customers. Cause I order te a couple of times and she gave me coffe with tea bag inside. They do smoke in there. Got nothing against but dont come at me like an animal. We the customers pay your salary

Horrible food! No wonder there is no line. I ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel and threw it out. It was old hard and barely warm. This was not freshly made in the last few days. I couldn’t bite or rip it to even eat it. Never again!

I ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel toasted with cream cheese at 8:07 this morning. The bagel was obviously old. It was stale. I couldn't bite or rip it. It was completely inedible. I love the freshness of the Dunkin across the Highway and I should have gone there. I spent $3.29 on something I threw in the garbage. Do not waste your time and money here.
