If I could give this Dunkin donuts a zero I would, they have the worse service. I went there for a cup of senior coffee. When I approached the cashier she asked the young lady in back of me to come and get in front of me because I was on my phone ?what does that have to do with me ordering ?? I told her that she couldn't do that. She then left the counter and didn't return until a few minutes later. I asked her for a senior coffee, she stated that they didn't sell senior coffee(WOW). I then asked her how much was a small coffee, she said that the prices changed from day to day. Never heard that one before. I told her that was ridiculous. she then said a small coffee was $3.00. I walked out. The old lady was rude disrespectful and unprofessional. I told a few of my friends about the incident an d they all said they had problems with her too. I this is the worse Dunkin I have ever been too. Will never go there again.

The older lady there is so rude! This Dunkin’ is close to my job and because of her rudeness I rather drive further away. Today I said let’s try again and yup! She has not changed.My app I was able to redeem a free medium coffee. She said she couldn’t honor it “cause her scanner was not working “ it never works when you have to redeem stuff. She rather you pay. When I asked can we try the other register. She started yelling “no, you come with this on your phone and now you want coffee “. Umm I don’t want. I earned and it would go nice with my bagel and donut I’m paying for lol. She was just rude. Then when she noticed I was not feeding into her rudeness. She hands me the scanner and says you do it. After I paid for my order. Which I replied “I don’t work here” and she goes. This is why I don’t like customers. “I said if you don’t like customers why own a Dunkin” The more people that started coming into the store the louder she was getting. At this point, I am ignoring her and she still comes by the coffee station to get my attention to tell me I am rude. Rude for not being loud and going back and forth so she can look like the victim. Ma’am If you don’t go back there and make you a XL coffee and try your customer service skills again!! She is horrible. I don’t understand how you just wake up rude every morning. For what reason, kindness goes along way. It’s how you say things to people. And she just doesn’t get it. SMH. It’s not just customers even her employees get the rudeness. Interacting with people is not for everybody. I’m just going to go back to riding pass because she’s not going to raise my blood pressure because she doesn’t like her job.

I made a review 7 months ago so I'm reviewing again. The same lady employee as last time I was there doesn't know her job. She has crossed eyes. Anyway, I have the D&D app and I wanted to redeem my QR coupon "Coffee and cold brew" reward. It states that I can redeem it for "A small, medium or large, hot or iced coffee or cold brew" So I showed the lady employee my app with the reward visible, and she asked with sarcastic humor, "What is this?" to which I explained to her what it was and that I wished to redeem it for my hot coffee. She then laughed at me saying, "You always come here taking these things". What was she trying to imply? I'm not a thief. I was raised properly by responsible, good parents. Furthermore, I rarely go to that Dunkin Donuts in particular; nor do I really redeem any rewards. So to continue, I told her that the reward says that I can redeem it for a hot or iced coffee or cold brew, and that I'd like to have the hot coffee. She then told me that I can't redeem it for a hot coffee and that it's only for cold brew. I then asked her to read the coupon and she laughed at me again and said "Ok. How would you like the cold brew?" I said that I didn't want a cold brew, and that the coupon gives choices for hot OR iced coffee OR cold brew. And she said again, that it's not for Hot coffee. I walked out. This is terrible service and the employee needs to be taught how to do her job. I'll never go to this particular store again.
