I ordered a dragon fruit drink went back because stuff was floating in the guy who help me was extremely rude and impatient made two drinks that still had stuff floating ,, He claimed to be a manager not sure about that’s as a manager you would want satisfied customers this guy was just pissed he has to fix my drink.. so much sass and attitude dont think ill be back to this location

The drive thru is very fast and I didn't have to wait but the food was cold what I ordered. I was traveling to elizabeth I was on line and I paid with my debit card I was surprised that the food was cold.

I purchased a hot coffee today around lunch time. I work 5 minutes away by the time I got to work and tasted the coffee it was cold, not even warm! When I called at 1:45 to make a complaint a gentleman picked up the phone, act as if he was hearing me out and hung up on me mid conversation. I do not recommend this location!!!

I ordered an iced latte with almond milk and I was given an iced latte with regular milk and I saw the manager just add a bit of almond milk on top. So I asked if it was made with almond milk and she said “yes.” Mind you I’m lactose intolerant and they charge $1.19 extra for almond milk so it’s not fair to include mostly regular milk and a drop of almond milk. To make matters worse she was the manager so she obviously doesn’t care what customers are paying and will cut corners to deliver food. It wasn’t that busy when I got there so I’m not even sure what her reasoning was but she’s either cheap or lazy or both. Won’t be ordering from here anymore. Why are you charging customers $1.19 extra to give them the conventional cheaper milk? This happened to me more than once, super disappointed. They don’t care about customer satisfaction at all.

grand opening? I’ve tried ordering and resulted in an unfortunate interaction where I felt turned away. I attempted to order my usual item, something I've ordered at various Dunkin' Donuts stores without issue. However, I was informed that they couldn't prepare it because they hadn't done it before and it can’t be done. The employee suggested giving me all the components separately, requiring me to assemble it myself. I explained that I've consistently ordered this item at other locations without any problems, but the worker insisted it couldn't be done here.
