Buyer beware...the staff there does not clean and replace expired food...if you go there and they are sitting down nothing gets done but take orders...I should know I worked there and tried my best to do the job the best I can and got let go for the dumbest reason...not wearing a badge when I was wearing one all along...Thanks Cris your dedication is as stale as the donuts your staff serves... shut that place down

If I could do zero stars, this this issue is resolved and a refund was issued even though I ended up throwing out the free latte…customer service matters…. what happened…came in smiling ? ready to order, excited for no line…the lady seemed pleasant enough and returned a smile, I ordered my latte, bagel, a donut, and some munchkins. I was surprised of the total, but I figured let me not question, just ask for the receipt and there it was the extra charges. Very annoyed, but just requested that the extra charges be returned to my card instead of cash since I had my hands full with my child and the items ordered and they had the most disgusting attitude probably because they didn’t know how to return the transaction in retrospect, but that wasn’t communicated in the moment. The english level needed to communicate was not there and it was frustrating as I had to go back to work. I was told I had go wait 30 mins for the manager to come do the transaction while at least 5+ people place their order and were on their way. The attitude, lack of communication, and the transgression of overcharging me made me stand up for myself and say hey this is not ok and someone needs to fix this, I have to return to work. Finally Ms. ALA comes in to rectify they situation. She even offered to refund the latte, which I was not even looking for…but thanks. All I wanted was to be charged for what I ordered. My card issuer said it takes a couple of days to see this return come back…so will be back to update if that return doesn’t occur. Needless to say, this was upsetting experience on this early morning, but the 2 middle age women that was nasty and rude for their lack of attention will not ruin our day, look at your receipts y’all and the universe is not on your side ladies. Good luck with that behavior in life. oh I’ll make sure to review this visit on DD website.

So i ordered 2 medium green iced tea sweet with lemon.....after one sip I THREW UP!! ?? like you can taste that it is not fresh! The cashier didn't even give me my receipt so i can call corporate to get my money back, and i should of known that something wasn't right with the iced tea because it was very cloudy ????

Passing through I stopped here on 11/20/22 and let me say Dunkin owes this lady working a raise! Not only were customers being incredibly rude to her but she remained incredibly polite and got our orders perfect! She was incredibly busy and managed to keep track of everything despite the comments from rude impatient customers! 10/10 she was amazing! If you see this know I see you girl and I appreciate you and all your hard work! Keep it up

We asked for a pumpkin cream cold brew and a brown sugar cream cold brew. The receipt confirmed it. But the store staff doesn't know how to make it. They filled both with loads of ice, "regular brewed coffee" and topped with whipped cream. Then we tried to explain and the lady had no clue. AVOID this Dunkin store if you are going for your reliable cup of coffee.

Went late at night, store was closed to walk ins. Order was taken thru turntable window. Took for ever to get 2 ice coffee for the lady in front of me. Very slow.
