ok this is my experience I went to the cańitas restaurant and I was sitting for 15 minutes and neither of the two waitresses asked me if they offered me something until I stopped and I told them that if someone was going to attend to me and just for being entertained on the phone one that He has a lot of tattoos on his right hand and the other girl didn't attend to me either.

We have been to this restaurant so many times and the last time we went my food had a hair… So they made me pay for it even though I didn't eat much.
Ordered a Bandeja Paiza and received a half tray portion in the full tray. Called to ask and the owner/supervisor wouldnt even talk, only telling the person who picked up to say (rudely) that its the portion size in Spanish like i cant hear or understand. $19 for half a tray of food is the normal portion? Freaking disgusting. NEVER ORDERING AGAIN!I ordered a paiza bandeja and they gave me a mini paiza on a regular bandeja. I called to ask what is happening and the owner or supervisor did not even want to come to the phone. Sending the attendant to say that this is the portion. A mini for $19? How dirty. I WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN!
