Food is amazing...and the black beans, WOW! Service is great, owner/chef always comes by and asks how everything is.

It's a home-y hole in the wall restaurant. Food was okay, seemed "central Mexico" authentic, def not Tex-mex. Staff was friendly and the ambiance is more like a large taqueria.

Came here after work one day and it didn't disappoint. The staff were great, always checked in to make sure that we didn't need anything. They offer complimentary chips and green house sauce.I ordered the birria soup and tostada and it was great. The meat and soup were packed with flavor, the cheese they used was correct, unlike some places I have tired.Came with (6) tacos. Also ordered the Al pastor tacos which was also good and came with 3 tacos.Highly recommend if your in the mood for some traditional Mexican food. There's street parking and indoor sitting.

I came here with some friends, and the tacos were very good. They ordered the birria tacos, which were great, even as leftovers an hour later.

Stopped here on a Sunday afternoon after a game at waterfront stadium. Was immediately greeted by very friendly staff. They brought me chips and homemade green salsa that was perfectly spicy and slightly creamy. Ordered the Huevo Rancheros and a chicken empanada. The huevo rancheros came with rice, refried beans and salsa and was absolutely delicious. The empanada was baked not fried which was also equally delicious. And very affordable pricing.

This a good place to have yummy Mexican food. I really enjoyed the "sopes" and my daughters loved "flautas de chorizo". Not a fan of their burritos because they have too much rice and it was kind of dry but everything else we liked. Good customer service and prices too.

Dining at this establishment is equivalent to a nice thanksgiving dinner with loved ones, with the food being delicious and filling, as well as being a great place to bring your friends and family! Will continue to return here :)

I had a bug in my margarita, and ended up having to return it to the bar because I couldn't get a server anyone else to come to our table to save my life. Walked back to the bar literally 10 minutes later and asked if I could actually get a fresh Margarita made. I think it was the manager that brought the margarita just set it on the table no apologies, no comment and just walked off.

My boyfriend was in the mood for Mexican, so I searched on Grubhub and this was the first time ordering from El Mirador and I have to say that it was awesome! So tasty, the food got to me still hot and the portion was just right! I am a foodie and the food here was fresh and great tasting. Will definitely be a regular customer!

Great authentic Mexican food with reasonable prices! I've had their burrito which is huge and for the price of $8.. you can't beat that. Al Pastor tacos are also awesome and very flavorful! Will keep coming back to try their other dishes
