1 - The service was terrible, we were the only ones and it was a delay as if the place was full2 - The simplest thing is for a waitress to give you water and it never arrived3 - After so much waiting, the food arrived cold, I asked them to warm it up for me and for the second time it came cold.4 - The meat looked like it had been cooked for a while, it looked like a flip-flop and the beans were from a can.5 - And for the price, the food and the place are not worth itMy recommendation 0%

Zero star!! This place is horrible. The service is trash. All the employees are walking in and out of the establishment or on the phone. Waited over a hour for grilled chicken and shrimp. Then was told there is no manager or supervisor in the restaurant. With 4 customers the food should have been out in 20 minutes or less. Totally unacceptable. All the employees stood in a circle looking d*** with no answers!! Go back to old management. I’ve been here plenty of times in the past and never experienced this.

I visited El Fogon Paisa restaurant in New York on Monday and had a wonderful time. I decided to try out the restaurant's Colombian food, and I was not disappointed! The food was delicious, the portions were large, and the drinks were wonderful. I had a maracuya margarita and a fresh liquado, and both were perfectly made. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the outdoor seating area was cute. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great place to eat in New York City. I can't wait to go back!
