I just had a bad experience at this restaurant, they charged me $64. I asked the waitress why she was charging me. The 18% of the tip supposedly said it was mandatory because of the state. The truth is, I don't agree, but we have to find out why. Tips in no establishment in the United States are obligatory to pay. The truth is, I don't recommend it.

I have been eating here for about 4 years and had noticed the decline in quality of the food. My significant other and I went to eat inside of nuevo Latino and ordered the bandeja paisa and the picada. The food came out tasting old and dry. I was confused on what we were eating because of that. The chicharron tasted like it was refried over again and the meat in the picada tasted very dry. I’m so disappointed with the decline in this restaurant, it used to be one of my favorites. Then they have an extra surcharge if you pay with debit card. Our meal came out to 50 something and ended up paying 70 something not including tip. Didn’t think the price was worth the quality of food. I don’t recommend coming here anymore.
I went with my wife, she ordered a wadding, the dish came with many small black hairs, my wife noticed it and we told the waitress, she replied that this is how the wadding comes, with hairs! We asked him to change our plate and he brought us the same plate with the same hair. Plus they ended up charging us for the dish even though my wife didn't try a bit. Poor ethics and cleanliness. Bad for their stomachs.

Expensive, the food tastes horrible, the onion tastes horrible, not to mention, super bad, terrible food, I didn't like it, I don't recommend it, the encebollado doesn't have any seasoning, they didn't send chifles, the other food, they didn't send any sauce, super poor for what I spent... but hey, that's what it is. Fui con mi esposa y nos sirvieron un plato de guata con pelos pequeños, les pedimos que nos lo cambien y nos dijeron que la guata viene así con pelo, el siguiente plato también vino con pelos. Además nos cobraron aunque mi esposa no probó ni un poco por el desagrado. Lamentablemente no se me ocurrió tomarle una foto.
