I've been coming to this place for the longest time, even when the old owner was there. There was always a reason to come back, the portions were always generous, the food very taste and fresh, but most importantly the service was always great. I noticed changes to the food and service as time when on after the owner told it to the now owners, still I continue going to them because I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I always order the specials and their prices went up from 8.00 to 12 but they charge $2.00 for using your card even if you're using cash, they charge for the containers the food goes into, so your total is now $14. I ordered a Bandeja for my coworkers knowing this a very generous dish as you're paying $23 for it. I was disappointed to see 1 very thin sliced meat (the call it steak) cut in two pieces, the tray was full of yesterday's rice because it was hard, one egg, one very thin piece of chicharron, 1 sausage and 1 sweet plantain. We couldn't even share the thin meat or their steak because it literally disintegrated into shreds due how thin it was. Needless to say no one ate the rice as it was hard, left it. The bandeja paisa and 1 special came to $37, and I was charged "Over the phone payment" when I paid the delivery person with my debit card. I gave it a good college try, but this is it. I understand every place is cutting down on extras, this isn't the way to cut corners, because your clients will feel played and will find a better venue where they are not being sold a fraction of what they pay. Shame on you, do better.

Worst service ever. I called at 9:42 to pickup an order, that I’ll be there in 15 min and the girl said that I’ll be to late, that she cannot do the order, the order was to pick it up!!! And in fact that I would pick up the order in 15 min will be at 9:55 BEFORE the closing. People doesn’t like work and serve. Disgusting

Might be the worst food I’ve had in years. Chicken taste like it was injected and soaked in vinegar for 7 years. Steak was even worst. Like a wet rag dipped in salt. Just gross.

Doesn't look like much when you walk past, but I like the food from there... I feel like the food is fresh, they have good specials, they have a punch card where after certain purchases your next meal is free, they serve a lot of food for very cheap price. When I buy one order normally I shared with a second person. I like to call a head or either order on yelp because the place is small.

Nice little hole in the wall with friendly service and delicious food. The cheese empanada and savory plantains were really great. The Bandeja Paisa was very good...the steak especially. Happy to have found this place for lunch!

A tiny place in the heart of Elizabeth where you can eat the traditional Soul Food from el Valle ve! Doña Gloria's seasoning can take you back from el barrio that you came from. Those delighful smells and flavors are a reminisce of your hometown.
Delivery driver rude does not know how to talk to people hung up on me after giving me horrible attitude. Will never order from here again. Do not recommend

Se merece 0 estrellas estuve esperando 2 horas mi comida, después de esperar eso llame y llame para que me devolvieran el dinero dicen que no me lo pueden devolver porque el delivery ya salió el cual es ilógico si ya no quiero su comida. Mal lugar, mal servicio, el manager no sabe cómo solucionar los problemas de su establecimiento.

The food came out so good but I did find the place very hard to eat. It was small and the layout was a bit odd. It is a square space but very tight. If they are busy be prepared to wait for a seat. They are usually busy during there lunch hours. If you are craving cheap Colombian food this is the spot. Their specials are affordable and huge portions. Be prepared so have a language barrier though but the food was amazing. I did notice a lot of locals eat here. The people who prepare the food are 3 ladies and they look legit.
