For the best authentic Peruvian cuisine in Elizabeth, come to Tiburon! They have a whole parking lot on Butler St in case that's a worry. They also have live music on the weekends! We go here all of the time, and it is super family friendly. LOVEEEEE their shrimp ceviche, chaufa especial and lomo! The best.

Hair in the food - cabello en la comida ?At first I thought maybe it was my partners hair but she doesn’t have blond/ white hair and the waiter even tried to accuse / say maybe I was with another female that had white / blond hair since she claimed none of her cooks had that color hair !!! I let it slide for a moment until I noticed another customer a couple tables away from me call the waiter over and was holding a long piece of hair as well ??? immediately told them to just bring me the check since they already brought out drinks and an app & to cancel the other food being prepared which they were very reluctant to do since they said food is already cooking — LADY I ain’t eating no more food after seeing two hairs before the actual dish EVEN comes out ARE YOU CRAZY?!?!? Everyone is advised to inspect the food coming to their table to avoid coming across the same issue as me !!!!

No comas ceviche en este lugar. Comimos un ceviche de corvina, el costo $27 y literal tenia gusto como q estaba ahi por dias. El peor ceviche de mi vida. Solo un pedazo comi y por poco me vomito. Cuidado al Comer ceviche aqui. Q pena antes era muy rico pero la calidad ahora ha bajado demasiado. No lo recomiendo
