I had a bad experience today! It was 4:30 pm. When I arrived the people working there didn’t say hello. They didn’t come to get the order. They were chating and dancing without taking care of the customers. I waited for more than ten minutes. Never seen a behavior like this. I had to get out and find another place to eat something. I won’t come back to this place!

I went into place an to go order and was told that I would have to order online. I tried to do that but it wouldn’t let me choose Turkey burger so I explained this to the worker. The worker said no problem I will take your order same person who told me to order online . Nice! I placed my order for a turkey burger with grilled onions exc… Just to be told an hour later that they don’t have anymore turkey burgers and the only thing you can say is your going to kill me. Not I am very sorry for the inconvenience and here is a gift card or something complimentary for the inconvenience. ?? horrible service and will never go back!! Please

Two times been to this place and didn't even make it in. They make you wait in line to be seated, it's not even half full and the staff look you dead in the eye and don't seat or acknowledge or anything. One time It was like two hours before closing and they had us stand there ten minutes and then said they're closed. Second time we were early, was not that busy and they ignored us even after looking at us straight in the eye. Workers seem lazy and are losing a lot of money for the restaurant by this behavior. Like they don't want the business or something?? Acknowledge your customers and seat promptly.. Especially if it's not that busy. They look miserable there too. All just workers look at us with a stank face

Severely lacking customer service. Waiters look like they would rather be home. Waiting at the pickup counter and 3-4 waiters pass by but no one attends. They need to revamp the staff and hire people that want to be there.

1. The host who was also our server waved us down from the opposite side of the restaurant didn’t say a word and walked away.2. She never attempted to greet us but after about 10 minutes she walks over and asks us if we were ready with an attitude.3. Both our burger orders were completely wrong and nothing was done to accommodate us. They claimed a 10% discount but I got charged for a burger that cost less than what was charged.4. She sat in front of customers disregarding other tables and sat another family at a table that wasn’t even wiped.5. I kid you not this lady literally touched my burger to check if it was missing the things I stated with her nasty BARE HANDS.6. After we complained about the food and order being completely wrong, she had the audacity to start bad mouthing us in Spanish like she’s the only one who understands.7. Was complaining loud as hell in front of all of her tables and talking trash about us and other tables and saying things like “if I get fired I’ll just claim unemployment”8. The floors were literally a slip n slide lucky I ain’t sue9. Overall just a really terrible place never come here.Our server was a Hispanic woman looked to be in her thirties. She has no customer service skills and just doesn’t care about her job. The management was around doing absolutely nothing whilst she was doing this IN FRONT OF THEM. Crazy.

The bathroom had no hand washing soap. How are the food handlers washing their hands after using the bathroom?The food was cold. It was brought to our table within a few minutes of ordering.Please consider the health and safety of your customers.The store was at the Mills at Jersey Gardens.
