I had the worse experience in this place it was so terrible and the girl that in the register is so nasty! Very unpleasant I was so angry I went in to buy an empanada and she took forever and on her phone then when I ask for beef empanada she was nasty about it telling me there not any, so I ask for chicken and she was also nasty looking if she have and answer with an attitude saying yes once when I ask for my drink she gave me an attitude and said there none so I ask for a ginger and she went to get it with an attitude, I was gonna pay cash and she telling me the money is not right that she can’t take it which I don’t understand because I went to a the salon and they took my cash, so I end up paying by card and when I ask for my receipt she gave me an attitude and also told me we can’t give receipt this will be the first and the last that I ever step food on that place I don’t recommend it to no one I my self work in the hospital and I know how it feel working if there a problem going on with the system but that woman don’t even know how to work poor client service she so nasty! I wasn’t even happy with how she took me.

The food is delicious and service is welcoming but the arepa recipe is not consistent. Last time I was there the pabellon arepa was lacking of fillings and it didn't taste like the previous time.

Lastima por El dueño del lugar, pero con un personal tan poco Profesional. Si yo pido algo bien cocinado es porque asi quiero Comer, por decencia al ser persona mayor no respondi a sus insultos, pero no regreso a ese lugar y somo famila numerosa.Aparte cobran lo que cocinan mal y no lo tome; lastima que no hay calcificacion de menos cero.
First and last time her ordered two empanadas and two arepas waited nearly 30 minutes to come out just the arepas mid way threw eating the arepas the empanadas came out like really mind you i was the only customer at the location i ordered a malta it was hot the waiter needs alil bit of training it was like she did not care if we were there or not 1 hour later im still the only customer and the waiter stays in the kitchen talking now as far as the food the flavor was good thus my reason for the two star rating really wish the service was better i would of came back but service is key and i live 45 min away
