A waitress spoke very rudely to my son and then lifted him up from the table where he was sitting while I was taking the order. The young woman who served me served me very well but the young woman who was cleaning had a very rude manner and a very bad attitude. I ask the manager of the Americas Bakery to please check the cameras and then take action on the matter because he is losing customers.

My man turned me on to this Bakery and I visit it at least twice a week. Pastry, empanada, large pan de queso and guava pastry, churros donut, all delicious!

Good customer service, the cheese fingers are the best although they have reduced the size and are more expensive but I give it a 3 because the prices have gone up a lot, for example an empanada that elsewhere costs the highest 1.25 here It's worth 187, the pandebonos I was still amazed when I went to pay

It was my favorite place to eat fritters...it's sad that the owner doesn't notice the poor quality...and the pandebono not to mention...the attention I share with another user...depending on who serves you. ..please don't let the quality of things be damaged....put love into that business.

Ok let's start with parking which is non existent. Street parking only. Next is food... it's was horrible. I got one beef empanada one chicken empanada and one dedo de queso. The beef was basically a potato empanada with extremely small strands of beef. The chicken empanada has bones in it and the dedo de queso was cold as was everything else. The service was ok. The people working there were working at normal speed. The place was cold. I realize that people are working in the back with ovens but we're sitting up front and the door keeps opening letting in the cold. Ok that's it ... save your money and go somewhere else. This place sucks.
