For an authentic Italian experience, Panini Grill is a must! The servers are warm and friendly; and Christina is just perfection! She really made our dining experience memorable. My husband and I drove in from PA after watching Chef Peter’s reels on Instagram. We called two couples from Brooklyn and met them. There were parking spots all over (early Saturday night) but they do have valet parking, which is a big plus. Our food order was as follows: Italian Nachos (so good, especially with the cheese sauce on the side), fried calamari (I’m not a fan but my husband and everyone who ate them said they were good), Margherita Pizza (thin, crispy, delicious), another pizza with prosciutto, mushrooms, cheese & arugula (possibly the best pizza I’ve had in a really long time), baked clams (my friend said they were really good), chicken cutlet parm panini (Delish! The chicken cutlets were pounded, tender and delicious… for $15 you can eat for 2 days… their panini are huge), broccoli rabe panini that I heard was excellent, my husband had the special pasta dish of paccheri with burrata (I tried this and loved it), and finally, an order of cacio è pepe — the presentation of this is so fun, they play Mambo Italiano and we clapped and sang while Christina tossed the pasta in the flaming wheel of parmigiano and I think my friend’s husband ate it all, so it must’ve been good bc he’s not a big eater. It was a great night … and the music!! If you want to know what we listened to growing up in an Italian household, you’ll feel joy coming from the speakers of Panini Grill… classics like Felicità, Tu, O Saraceno, Sarà Perché Ti Amo I think were all songs I heard last night. What a blast from the past! They even had fun American music, but my favorites were the Italian tunes. What a great night! The 2 hour drive was so worth it and we will definitely be back, and both couples we were with said they were definitely going back. Panini Grill makes me wish I still lived in the neighborhood bc I’d be there a couple times a week! Great place! And before we walked out the door, my husband and I said to the patrons and staff “when you dine at Panini Grill, non ti preoccupare, tutt’ apposto!!! ?? Thanks for a terrific dinner and we will be back soon and I’m already thinking about catering! Yes! We are going to drive in to pick up trays of food to bring back to PA bc we want to support this exceptional business! Una cosa fantastica! Grazie mille.

The portions were Reallly good! We were satisfied enough. The nachos were authentic nachos, not from a bag. Authentic Italian pizza also. I highly recommend ??

I had the saccietti and my husband had the shrimp scampi, both very good. The focaccia with three spreads before the meal was a nice touch, I especially liked the pesto spread. Staff was attentive and friendly.

The sea bass is so fresh, tender buttery flakey fish over a bed of rice pilaf and mushrooms with a miso sauce. We also shared a chicken pesto flatbread and roasted cauliflower. I think they should roast the cauliflower for longer. Happy hour here is great. Small plates and wine for just $5 each! I ordered lamp chops, scallops and tuna tartare. I asked for the chops medium rare and they came well done.

I know many people who eat here and love their food. Unfortunately I just don't enjoy it the way others do. I would return if a friend wants to go, but it's not a place I would pick to go. Found the interior chilly on this occasion. Service has gotten much quicker, which is a plus, and they do decorate it beautifully for the holidays.

Standard Italian fare - paninis, pizzas, pasta, etc. well prepared. Very friendly waitress and staff. Took a while for food to arrive but the Salvatore panini - spicy Italian Sausage and sundried tomatoes along with the pasta fagnoili was tasty and filling.

Panini Caffe is a slice of old life in The Burg in Elizabeth, NJ. Located in Peterstown, on an otherwise lonely road, you'll find the caffe adorned with Italian flags, and numerous hamburger and hot dog signs.

This restaurant is surrounded by loads of competition and still manages to have a successful business. The food is homestyle and very good. They have a great chef..Prices are moderate and atmosphere is very clean and comfortable. A place not to be missed when in the West Brighton area.

Panini Caffe is a slice of old life in The Burg in Elizabeth, NJ. Located in Peterstown, on an otherwise lonely road, you'll find the caffe adorned with Italian flags, and numerous hamburger and hot dog signs. Armed with delicious ice cream, amazing Italian espresso, and a variety of quick lunch hits, you'll find a charming and neighborhood atmosphere once inside. Panini Caffe remains as a welcoming oasis to many of the local inhabitants of E-town.
