We were having lunch and the experience was not very good, the waitress didn't know anything. I asked him for a dish and he brought a different one than the one I ordered. My wife had worse luck, on her plate some worker's hair came as an accompaniment. Lack of hygiene among kitchen staff. I do not recommend this restaurant at all.

Very cozy and familiar, accompanied by excellent service and spectacular food
The service and food were good. Leaving a one star review because not only was tip included but an additional tip was suggested as well. I can understand adding gratuity because I'm sure a lot of people don't tip. But having the suggestion of 20% and 25% tip after enforcing gratuity seems excessive. It's like they want a 40% tip and it's done in a way that you wouldn't even notice. If people want to tip 40% it should be out of the kindness of their own hearts not because they are tricked into doing so.

Terrible service. Restaurant was not busy, literally 2 couples in the entire restaurant and a whole bunch of waiters and hosts standing around.Was sat at a table and waited 30 minutes with no service!! Ended up leaving and host wasn’t even fazed!!

This place is definitely out to get people. We ordered two sangrias and a VIRGIN pina colada. The pina colada came in a fancy pineapple and was 23$ more than the actual entree. The sangria came with an ice pop which makes them triple the charge for it as well. We ordered a bandeja paisa and the waiter just added the one with the most expensive meat without us asking for it. Will not return. Beware.
