I would not recommend this place at all! The staff was extremely unprofessional and rude. They only sent half of my order and then refused to reimburse me. The staff member I spoke to, who identified herself as 'Z', hung up on me three times and claimed that the calls dropped. When I spoke to the supposed manager, they sounded like a 15-year-old, and both the staff and manager were laughing about sending the other half of my order three hours later. I was appalled by the service and behavior I experienced.

I only like the personal pizza. The whole pie is doughy. Boneless chicken- dry. The dunner box is ok. Service kind of sucks depending on who's working. It would be three of them standing around talking, back to the counter. You have to get their attention.

Negative 0stars . This location is horrible! The service, the representation, the cleanliness, the lack of perfectionism! They lied on door dash, this Elizabeth location canceled my order and blamed it on a door dash driver. When called to find out what was happening I was told no I couldn’t get a refund on the order just a store credit or I can come down to get my food myself. Upon entering the store there was nothing but door dash drivers waiting for orders. Would not recommend at all!!!

Delivery & customer service is horrible I ordered my food at 10:05pm the order says it will be delivered at 10:35pm . I didn’t receive my order until 1:05am and the food was very cold & dry .

This location is absolutely horrible. It is one of the most poorly ran Pizzahut locations in New Jersey. I have ordered from this location many years ago and also recently. The service is just as bad today as it was many years ago as well. I'm surprised that this place is still in business. It has to be because it is one of the only Pizzahut locations in Elizabeth. Otherwise, this place would have gone out of business a long time go. Check the negative reviews on google if you don't believe me. My last order for delivery took 3 hours before I had to cancel it. You'll have better luck ordering from this place through doordash, ubereats or grubhub. If you order from them directly you may never get your food.
