As a manager myself I was served by the manager, an hard crispy biscuits, I had to use the bathroom he said the facility doesn't work and to top it off he became very Impatient with me knowing I was trying to order without wetting myself. I love Popeyes that much. Worst one in the

This was one of the most mid level Popeyes I have EVER been to. There was only 1 person during lunchtime there and she was on her way out with her carryout. Most of the options I asked for were not available. The service was bare minimum and it took too long to get a small order for takeout. Will not be going back to this
The customer service isn't bad there, wish I could say the same for the food. The bath always seems to be out of order and they be low on stock. They really could do better.

These people are theves yesterday a made an order of almost 70 dollars and I had food missing from my order I called them and they said that they were going to put my food in my next order with them I made an order the next day and they kept the order from the day before and did not answer my phone call, also told me when they answered the phone the day before to call door dash so they can give me the money back because they couldn't I have my receipt and def will walk the later eather for my money orthe rest of my food

HORRIBLE Customer service. Before I start I want to say what ever you do DO NOT Come here. I've been to a lot of Popeyes including one in tullytown PA Which was wonderfull but this one, this is the worst one. I live in linden and decided to go to this Elizabeth popeyes and I was disgusted as soon as I walked in. There was dirt + grime on the floor, and there was crazy people in there. It was like a nightmare walking in there. So I continue to walk in through the horribly designed store and ordered my food. I asked for nuggets and the worker told me to my face that there was no nuggets, well guess what? There was nuggets right there in front of my face and fairly clear because the tray had a sticker that said "Nuggets" so I ordered the chicken tender instead. He also told me it would be a 5 min wait. As I was waiting for the food, there was a woman singing across the whole store like it was a opera house breaking everybody's ears. The only thing the employees had done was just look. They didn't give a damn about it. So that "5 minute wait" turned into a 10 min wait and I almost missed my train. The only thing that was good was the food. It was decent enough. But the store, 0/10 would not recommend. Do not come here!
