The Chicken Teriyaki was so dry and charred devoid of any taste. The fried rice was sticky and cold. This was not authentic Sarku Japan taste that the chain is known for.Please avoid this place.

If you’re allergic to shrimp do not go here because even telling them you’re allergic they still managed to get shrimp into my meal . So instead of enjoying a meal I’m enjoying a Epi pen .

Usually place was good but if you have allergies this is not the place for you even if you let them know your allergic to shrimp they still manage to include shrimp in my chicken teriyaki. Lucky I caught and took Benadryl before biting into the shrimp . Hopefully in the future they'll take cross contamination more serious

I have been going to this place for 10 years, since i was 5/6. I’m 16 now, and ever since my uncle first took me, I’ve loved it. From the extremely quick service times, to just how great the food is, and the affordability of it all, you’d be hard pressed to find something better.Noodles are never dry, rice is always great, chicken and the sauce on top of it is incredible. There’s always a great balance between your choice of chicken/shrimp/beef, veggies, and noodles/rice. I have absolutely no complaintsOn my most recent visit one of the employees even helped close, bag my food, and give me cutlery and napkins. Top tier service, amicable employees, everything.I felt it was only just that I write a review after so long, but to conclude; this is an incredible restaurant. Truly the best.5 Stars- J. AtienciaParking: Plaza parking, not location exclusive. Dependent on day and time but you should be able to get parking most of the time.

Restaurant isn’t all that snazzy and the workers did make it a little weird just all staring at you while you order. Anyways I got chicken teriyaki with Lo mein and tried the dumplings as well. Nothing was made fresh like i thought and the dumplings were mediocre they weren’t flavorful and the sauce with them wasn’t all that either. The chicken teriyaki was dry and flavorless as well as the noodles had nothing. The extra sauce i got with it was almost like watered down teriyaki. My tastebuds are different then everyone else but i’ve never had teriyaki this bad before.
