Just had one of their waiters call my dad back with a really rude attitude. Apparently my dad called ahead for 2 orders of PICARONES. Once they got there, another waitress attended them where my father communicated to her, he already ordered on the phone but would like to have his order to Dine in. They had their order and left. Then he gets home and I pick up his phone to only talk to a rude man, telling me: why my dad didn’t communicate to staff.. then he proceeded to ask me what he will do with the cold order of PICARONES. This fool of a worker should understand that’s something you take care of internally. With this, I caution you of back handed “nice” customer service here at TUMI. Not to mention their catering for upstairs parties is also a waste of money and time. Pick another Peruvian restaurant, or watch a YouTube video and make it yourself !!

I will never order food at this place again because the chicken didn't taste good. I had a bad experience with the reception staff, they treated me in a disrespectful way, the fries were horrible and not to mention the salad.

Love

Definitely not real Peruvian food. Food was not good. The place smelled like toilet and the server was horrible. Chicken was undercooked. Tamales was cold, hard and not good. Pargo was overcooked and the dessert tasted disgusting. I hate to talk about food that way but man oh man this has been the worst Peruvian spot I've ever been too. After complaining about the food being undercooked and the dessert tasting expired the server Cash R. went to the back kitchen area and tasted the food to come out and agreed with the food/dessert tasting expired.Do not waste your time or money here. It was my first-time eating here and my last. Ratings should definitely be lower because there is no quality in Food here and I guarantee you it is not Peruvian home cooking. Sad you guys even say it's Peruvian because I've only known Peruvian food to be one of my best until I sat down here and I believe I've been lied too.

Raw chicken, discussion between the workers, the lady at the reception completely ignored my husband while the order was placed, the young man who served us then tried to do better but stayed on the phone while we ordered extra dishes and we ended up eating the little we had. I could have eaten the chicken on a single plate, in short I would not return.Oh and when we asked for the chicken to be changed, what the waiter told us was that the cook indicated that this is what the chicken was like, with blood??? In short, the waiter's attention was the only redeeming feature, I repeat, I would not return.

This place has lowered the quality of the service in general, the food is no longer as it was before, the prices have increased and when buying takeout they often want to impose products on you that you have not ordered to sell, it is just an acceptable restaurant, that's all. .

The food is subpar compared to other Peruvian restaurants I’ve been to. The rice was delicious. I had the fried fish in it lacked seasoning. The day my wife went, one of the waiters was rude.

I liked everything, a tip they don't have alcoholic drinks, but the food is very good, and attention too!
