so i’ve been having problems with this wendy’s recently when i would go through the drive though , the employees are extremely rude , they are very stingy with the sauce even if you ordered a bunch of food that would go with the sauce , they will only give you once sauce to go with your meal . the environment is dirty , they gave me a crispy chicken sandwich with NO LETTUCE, like who does that ??? and the people who work there especially the manager has no type of hospitality! i do not recommend goin to the wendy’s in north broad st , you will regret it .

I had always ordered Wendys delivery because I found it delicious, however today after the gym I wanted to go eat at Wendys on Broat 433. and unfortunately I do not plan to return or order from a place like this. The person who received me didn't even greet me and just looked at me contemptuously. I didn't pay attention to him and greeted the man who was at the cash register (it seemed like the manager) and I asked him for a breakfast combo 7 that caught my attention which was posted on the street and inside the business to which the man at the cash register He replied that at that time he was not selling me breakfast. (it was 11:30 am) A very kind girl who was in the kitchen wanted to help me but the man at the cashier scolded her and they didn't sell me or offer me anything. I don't know if because I was Latino the man treated me so badly, but the truth is these types of people are the ones who damage businesses because of their bad service. What a last thought that they have lost a client just because of terrible service.

Nice casual fast food place to eat at. Service is fast, the food is hot and fresh, in the atmosphere is perfect, never too crowded, there's always seating available, and you can relax and have a casual fast food experience.Parking: Plenty of parking easy to get In-N-Out.
Food was hot, fresh, and delicious! The team working managed the lunch rush beautifully, and never made me feel like my follow up requests were a problem. Always love Wendy's!
