I placed an Uber Eats order and they forgot to add an itemwhen I contacted the store, staff did not speak English. A gentleman answered and hung up after i told him what happened. this will be the last time That I will ever use wingstop in that area..

I went to order some combo wings that come with an order of fries and soda. They gave us the option to fill out an online survey and we would receive another order of free potatoes. This is what we received! It's terrible what they provide. We realized it when we got home to eat. NO ONE EATS POTATOES LIKE THIS. THAT RESTAURANT IS TERRIBLE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS WINGSTOP IN THIS LOCATION. EVER. I WAITED AWHILE , AFTER I GOT THERE AT 9PM. MY 20 PIECES OF CHCIKEN WERE OVER COOKED AND BURNT ON THE ENDS. IF IT WAS TOO BUSY, THERE NEEDED TO BE SOME MORE ORDER AND THERE WAS NONE. I RECOMMEND THE WINGSTOP IN LINDEN, NJ. OR THE SUBURB WINGSTOP! FOR SURE.

Rude people, they talk in Spanish to one another while looking at you laughing?! What are non-Spanish speakers supposed to think? Don't they realize most of us know the deragatory words and apps now provide translation of any language in real time? They need to close up shop if they don't like dealing with certain people. We don't have time for backwards attitudes like that anymore! Plus they do this in front of their teenage kids who work there. Low-life way to operate a business.
