Worst customer service. They couldn’t find my address after delivering here many times. She cancelled my order after waiting 45 mins when the delivery guy just pulled up parked to my house. They can’t understand English very well and it’s my fault that she could not understand my address after I repeated it four times. I will never order from here again and it’s a shame. I have been coming to that Chinese restaurant for almost 20 years.She tried to tell me that they haven’t been there for 20 years. They have gone through different owners. The children, however are still there as adults now so it’s still in the family. Absolute worst customer service to a customer that has been loyal for almost 20 years.

Their wings are amazing and that's why I took the time to write this review. I was shocked when I saw the ratings because I've been ordering from here for over 2 years (whenever we decide to do Chinese for dinner)They're the best!! If we move, I hope they deliever to our location.

I've never picked up a take out order where everything wasn't in the bag - ie napkins, forks, fortune cookies, soy sauce, etc. When I called to ask why, I was told that it was my fault for not asking. What?__________________Congratulations on completely missing the point! It's not about free, it's about customer service ?
