Every time I order with extra cheese I get charged the extra fee but they never put extra cheese. I have up and no longer order with extra cheese. The manager told me that I should report it the same day and if I report it the next day because the restaurant is closed the ere is nothing that can be done.Bottom line if you ever want extra cheese. Never come to this location because you will never get it and you will never be offered any credit or refund for their mistakes.

Most skimpy pizza place I’ve ever been to. Pizza was 2/10. Be prepared for disappointment. Opened my order in the car: Pizza Large Hand Tossed (Chicken, your topping WILL be less than what you paid for guaranteed) be prepared was not cooked throughly (asked for Well done) and sauce was cold (with doughy bread. Barely any cheese. Tasted like store bought pita bread, store bought tomato sauce, and store bought cheese. Never coming here again, it’s highway robbery.

I don’t recommend this place. They made a mistake and didn’t gave me a solution. Manager is rude. I ordered a chicken bbq pizza and well done. Upon opening the box the pizza was flooded with bbq sauce. I’m not exaggerating. It was so much that nobody at my house was able to eat it. I called and explained in a very polite manner the issue and requested a solution. Without hesitation the manager blamed me. The manager didn’t apologize even once. I explained that I’m a regular customer and I had always ordered this pizza with no problems. I requested a rain check for a next time or refund me the points I used for the pizza or credit for another pizza. The manager refused to my request which I find fair and reasonable. Upon getting rejected several times I decided to leave this review. I have attached pictures as proof of the extra sauce that is on the pizza and that it was not well done (meaning well cooked).

I had ordered from this particular branch multiple times in the past, but I won’t ever order from this one again. I put in an order online, pulling up the tracker that was accurate before. The tracker said my order was completed, but I hadn’t heard the doorbell as I indicated in my Notes section. I called the store and spoke to the manager, who told me in a rude tone that the pizza wasn’t delivered even though the tracker said otherwise, and the driver would call me when he did deliver it as that was store policy. I waited half an hour with no call or delivery, and called back again. The manager repeated that the driver would call when it was delivered. I waited another half hour; by this time it was over two hours since I put in the order, and the store is ten minutes away, so there was no reason why this should be taking this long. I called one more time. The manager finally decided to check in with the driver, who had just returned. He said the address where he dropped off the order, and I told him that was the wrong one. He insisted it was correct, and I told him to look at the receipt of my order, because it clearly showed the correct address. He didn’t call me when he supposedly dropped the pizza off at the wrong place, the tracker was incorrect the whole time, and the manager was unprofessional and not holding her employees accountable. I had them refund my money because even though they offered to remake the order, I didn’t know if I would even receive it. Do not order from this location unless you want to waste your time and money.

Ordered from this Dominos and not only they brought the pizza cold but they had “updated” on the site that the pizza was delivered and it was not after an hour placing the order called and told them pizza was not delivered and it showed it was… employee said driver wouldn’t leave without calling and that pizza was on the way… horrible service cold pizza pizza burned … HORRIBLE!

Had an experience a few months ago waited 2 and half hours for a pizza that was cold and all cheese was stuck to the box. Called to complaint and immediately got a RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL "Manager" arguing with me claiming that I'm "Just trying to get my food for free" Today came across a coupon code, Large 2 topping pizza for $5.99 so to avoid issues I ordered through the app for carry out so my son wouldn't be waiting all night for pizza. My husband gets there to pick up the pizza and they are asking him to pay $14.99 so he explains that I had used a coupon code and everything. They are refusing the code. I get the manager on the phone and explain that I placed the order and all of the details even provided screenshots of the orders on my phone and the total. 2 women on the phone at the same time start yelling at me telling me that there is not anything that they can do about it and I have to pay full price. As they are clearly YELLING!! at me a male manager comes into the store and they explain my situation. He then proceeds to tell me that it's a fake code that's why it's not showing up in there system..... yeah, so he says he has the app and he doesn't see the code so I explain to this said "Dominos Manager" how to enter a coupon code on the app and give him the code and to his surprise THE CODE WORKED ON HIS PHONE TOO!!!!!! he then still tells my husband that is a fake code and told him that we are very disrespectful and came around the counter in an attempt to I guess threaten my husband. They did not give us the pizzas and insisted that we pay $27... just to be clear the $27 is not the problem. It's the way that it was handled and how we were treated.. FOR THE 2nd time! This place needs to shut down ASAP but I'm sure there broke and homeless employees need some way to get free meals so harassing customers until they leave must be the way to do it. UGH!!!!

I order from here all the time but this is the second time the delivery driver has not delivered my pizza. This time has been the worst of them all. The delivery driver Mohammad was in charge of my delivery today just now and did not call, text, or ring my bell he left my pizza on the STEPS of the building I live in. This was UNACCEPTABLE!!! I called the store Spoke to the manager but was not happy! This driver needs to be FIRED or suspended! I spent $45 to have my food sitting on steps! This has to be taken up with corporate. I am Not ok with the situation and how I was treated as a customer with my order. I’m not sure if I will be ordering from them again!

I ordered a pizza since 1 hour ago,food isnt here, but on the tracker is says delivered. I call the store to see whats going on and a lady tells me its not their normal driver and says she's sorry.... So then whats the point of the tracker if its going to say delivered and it isnt.

I always pick up here because compared toThe fairlawn or Paterson this one is done with love. It’s fresh and accurate with time staff always friendly. Of coarse now a days delivery is a hassle any where and everywhere. But i don’t mind taking a drive for the fresh quality.
