I went there a few times after working nearby and every time I order food or want to buy a donut everything is not FRESH, the employees are not nice and the atmosphere is terrible, they can't even make good coffee, my coffee always tastes like only milk. they don't listen to what your order is, and you get a completely different one.DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND GOING THERE.

Lady was so rude charged me for hash browns that were supposed to be free then insisted she never charged me. Thank God this place is far and only for a rest stop and I will never be coming
The Muslim lady behind the counter wearing a Jihab was shouting "Hello, hello, hello" to get my attention in front of 3 other customers just because I used their restroom.I looked at her and she asked " Aren't you going to buy anything "?I said, "No."I am a DD perks customer, and I use the mobile app.I do not buy their products that much because none of them know how to make a simple cup of coffee really taste good.I contacted their headquarters, and despite that, no one has contacted me. At this point, if they don't care how their employees treat customers, I would rather take my business where I can get a better tasting coffee at a lower price.

I'm giving 5 stars across the board, just because the gentleman that makes my wife's cappuccino blast always takes care to make it right for us. He even customized a few sandwiches for us.Parking: Parking is difficult because there are not many spots and the lot is not very spacious, but it's not a problem since they're never really crowded.

I guess the closing times listed for this place are just an estimate. Was craving some mint choc chip ice cream. Set out from Fort Lee to drive to Elmwood Park, because it's one of the few places open until 10 PM, or at least that what they lead you to believe. I got there at 9:48 and pulled up to the drive-thru but they told me Baskin was already closed. I asked if Baskin had different hours then Dunkin because closing times were listed at 10PM. He just repeated Baskin was closed for the night. Whatever. Just annoying
