Unclean place with slow and disrespectful workers. Hood vibe. Food wasn't cooked properly and staff had dirty fingernails handling food. Wanted to vomit. Another customer started cursing at me while I was there and the employees decided to punish me for it. Expect many many bad reviews to return the favor.

This place sucks! When ordering from them if you don’t spell it out letter by letter what you don’t want on your sandwich. They assume that you want an item on it that is not listed in the notes to order. And the best part of the experience is when you call to complain you the customer is wrong and they hang up on you because they are cowards and incompetent of how to handle a customer. But what do you expect from ignorant, arrogant, incompetent management. Make sure you spell everything out letter by letter or your order will be screwed up and they’ll hang up the phone on you because they don’t know how to talk to people. Never again! Everyone I know will know about this and a formal complaint was made to corporate.

Service was quick and attentive. I had a classic turkey bacon egg and cheese bagel with added fresh avocado and it was delicious. I'll be coming back :)

Honestly I ordered through Uber eats and didn’t know about to add meat option which who ever called me was mad rude demanding for my card number which was uncomfortable in the first place . Gave her a wrong card and screamed DECLINED and literally had to say okay relax I’ll give you my new one and she proceeded to say next time to this and that because it’s extra . Tbh I should’ve canceled the order just by the way they spoke . Please train your staff to be friendly because this was not it and I’m understanding lolol
