Excellent place to get a healthy quick lunch. Spicy chicken with honey mustard is a great combo. All of the food and sides are really well seasoned. Very reasonably priced. And the muffins are really good.

Best healthy and delicious lunch spot in Bergen county. It has a lot of variety of proteins, steak, Turkey, chicken and fish. Good carbs and fresh vegetables. Also they have great protein desserts like protein and low carb muffins, pudding and donuts!!!!

This was a really cool place. the owner told us all about his recipes and he was SO nice. the food is well priced and all healthy! i was obsessed with the muffin and PB pudding! 10/10 experience and place, definitely going back.
