Really good bagels. Taylor, ham egg and cheese on poppyseed was excellent. My daughter had a plain bagel with plain cream cheese was also very good.

Ordered food for a work Christmas breakfast. Called to say the orders were all wrong, caught an attitude with the female on the other end of the phone saying she checked the order herself. Asked to speak to the supervisor who was conveniently not there. Rude woman. I called back only to get a voicemail. Definitely never ordering from them again. We should have gotten part of our money back and or the correct FOOD ORDERED AND PAID FOR! Mine went in the garbage. To the owner, please feel free to argue with this fact.

I keep ordering trough Uber eats in this place every single morning , but what I realize by calling multiple times for ketchup with my food , they don’t provide same service if you order with Uber eats . I’m not sure if they realize I pay more with Uber than on spot.I called multiple times , last time I called and I asked why they keep ignoring messages/ notes on the order from me when I ask for Ketchup or mayo, he said “ o I know but you order with Uber eats “ I asked him so what ? Make’s difference ? You provide different service with Uber eats ?Small details like that upset me so much and I am from now on avoiding this place .

Bagel was absolutely flavorless. Paid so much money for them to forget the toppings I asked for. It was such an easy order and they couldn't get it right. Absolutely expensive for an extremely flavorless bagel.

Tried this spot over the usual Bartolomeo's because I wanted a bagel instead of a wrap. Big mistake. Worse excuse of a bagel I've ever seen. The picture doesn't do it the disjustice it deserves - shockingly thin and hard

I called to place an order for pickup.I specially asked for a bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel toasted with salt, pepper and ketchup. I even asked them to please scramble the egg and not fry it because we don’t like fried egg on our BEC. They gave us fried egg and no ketchup. And the bagel was microwaved, not toasted.

Fresh bagels!! This morning’s our bagel sandwiches were delicious. We ordered bagels with ham/egg, sausage/egg/cheese, and bacon/egg, they were all super good!! And I ordered this home cooked potato with veg, omg it was soooo good!! The staff was super super super nice. He even gave me a free whole wheat bagel b/c I said I should have ordered whole wheat instead of sesame after my order was being prepared. I never knew there was a bagel shop on grand, it was my first visit, it’s a good place to find. Will def go this place from now on. Thank you we had a great breakfast today :) !!
